Ulasan Leonardo Hotel Newcastle Quayside

Overall good experience, staff were lovely and helpful. However , Breakfast was a bit limited. It was bearable for 2 nights stay, I think I would run mad if my only option of hot food was bacon, egg and sausages for a week.  The runner carpet in the hallways could do with an upgrade.

Not the best, they wouldn't amend the date because I booked through a supplier which was odd. The hotel is just ok

Extremely busy hotel with coach loads of people arriving. These tend to be mini breaks for the elderly. Waiting to get served or order food at the bar on an evening is terrible due to the unmanageable influx of people. Sat and eat my evening meal on a sofa as that was all that was available due to people sat at tables that weren’t even dining (these people were waiting to be called into a function room to eat their meal as a collective). Parking is expensive, both in the council run car park and indeed the hotels one. This hotel is on the quayside but to be clear…….. the opposite side of the river to the busy quay. With this in mind I can’t quite understand the expensive parking and expensive food and drink prices. The hotel rooms are really clean, very modern and extremely comfortable. The hotel itself is amazing, my only criticism was the hotel was seriously under staffed and bar food and drinks expensive for what they were.

The second time at the Hotel, staff friendly, this time room wasn't ready on time. Also, fresh plastered walls in the bathroom. Coffee stains all up the bedroom. Cleaners weren't the quietest banging doors, and it wasn't early. This was noon when we had been out for.lovely walk around Newcastle.

Second time staying here, good location. And great if you get parked in the hotel car park

Amenities are relatively old since it's not yet renovated to Leonardo style remains old furnitures. bedding and towels remains clean.

Fantastically located on the quayside. The hotel has parking spaces but these are limited and therefore I parked at the car park opposite Gateshead college, around 6 mins walk away. Tbh it was cheaper to park there than the hotel car park and not that far. The hotel itself is nicely presented and the adjoined bar on the ground floor also has outdoor seating so that you may enjoy the views. The views itself are very decent from the room I was in. The room was very clean apart from a few handprint stains on the wall above the toilet in the bathroom. They looked more like old stains which probably wouldn’t come out unless it was painted again. Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have any, but the hotel provided a complimentary coffee voucher from the bar and also some money off food from their restaurant. Overall a nice hotel and would stay again if ever in the area.

O hotel Leonardo tem quartos espaçosos e muito confortáveis, roupas de cama limpas e novas, funcionários muito atenciosos e está muito bem localizado, sempre que viajo à Newcastle me hospedo neste hotel

非常棒的酒店，房間不是很大但是夠用，早餐是傳統的英早，除此之外沒有其他額外的東西。位置離市中心比較遠，但晚上十分安靜。
