The hotel room was nice and very spacious. The food was average and breakfast was often not ready at the opening time. I had random knocks on my door by staff for no reason. One at 2am and another the same morning at 8am. Neither was wanted! I found the security guards outside to be more friendly than the staff inside! It was not what you would expect from a Radisson.

I had a great experience at Crowne Plaza Surajpur in Greater Noida! The rooms were spacious and comfy, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. The pool and dining options were excellent. I recommend it for a relaxing stay in Greater Noida!

Staff were very much curtious and supportive like anything but properly is not good. Not a value for money. No paint, cockroaches, polish warn out on furniture.

The breakfast was very good with significant variety of Indian and continental. Especially the staff was very courteous and service was quick. Highly recommend this hotel for short stays. Dilip Chawla, Ajay Parihar served me all 3 days of the stay and both of them provided highest service standards.

The Radisson Hotel itself exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day.
