Ulasan Hotel Artus - Old Town

Great service and a veru centrally situated hotel. Room and rates were good. However, room was on ground floor and every time the front door of hotel was opened, it shut with a ferocious clatter. This woke me up on each night I stayed, often several times. It would stop me returning to the Artus which is a pity, because everyhing else was of a good standard.

2 minutes to the main tourist street. Great breakfast, clean room and very friendly staff.

The hotel is close to everything. Shops, restaurants, pubs etc, Forum Shopping centre is only 12Mins on foot

The hotel was centrally located, right across from St Mary’s cathedral. Room was quiet and clean, although on the small side. There was no air conditioning but the window could be opened and there was an efficient stand up oscillating fan. Front desk was open 24hrs and staff was friendly and helpful. There was no pool and we did not visit the spa, so I can’t comment on that. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet for a reasonable price but there were so many bakeries and restaurants nearby, we did not take advantage of it.

Great location, friendly service. Cozy, clean, all basic needs are covered. Of the minuses - the windows overlook a noisy street. The hotel offers earplugs, but if the night is hot, there is no air conditioning (only a fan)

Everything was tip-top. I'll definitely be back!

I felt comfortable and safe there. A great hotel for the price. But it also comes alive.

Nice clean room, smooth check-in. Good localization. Parking close to the hotel.
