Very pleasant stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was cleaned well, nicely decorated, good lighting, comfortable mattress, clean towels and linens, refrigerator in room, free bottled water provided, good temperature control, good towels, nice bath products and good water pressure, great proximity to the Gdansk Oliwa train station. The only complaints would be lack of English cable stations (no CNN), I was unable to connect my HDMI device to the TV and some noises could be heard in my room from the hallway. Also there is currently a lot of street construction around the property. However, overall it was a great stay in a comfortable and inviting hotel.

We've really enjoyed this stay. Everything was perfect, starting from the Staff members, though the food, to the room. The distance to the beach is like 2 minutes of walk which we loved. If no weather there is a swimming pool and fitness centre as well.

This was our second time staying here as we loved it so much the first time. It is a lovely place to stay and such a convenient location. We had a lovely view of the river. We visited the spa and that was amazing. The treatment was so relaxing as well as having private access to the shower and sauna. We will be staying here again on our next visit later in the year for the Christmas markets.

A great value for money. We stayed here for 2 nights, as we had to attend a wedding (elsewhere). The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and speaks English. We came an hour before the check-in time and did receive a beautiful room. The ladies at the front desk helped us as much as they could. We are sooo happy about that! Some of the 5-stars hotel could learn a lot from the staff of this hotel. Great service. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the airconditioning is working very good. There are basic products available in the bathroom, but no extra amenities. The corridor/the hallway can be noisy and you can hear that from your room, but that didn’t bothered us that much. At the end… everything depends on your neighbors. Nice to know: there is NO fridge in the room. But you have the possibility to make a coffee or a tea. Parking: free. Shop: next to the hotel is a supermarket. WE HAD A GREAT STAY, dziekujemy!

The staff are nice. The hotel is very clean and also very accessible / walking distance to the main attractions in Gdansk. The breakfast are delicious. What i like most is that they always clean the room and tidy it everyday without even telling them. Their swimmingpool is very cozy too.

A wonderful family hotel near the Baltic Sea. The room with balcony was nice, the staff very kind, the food great! We enjoyed a lovely holiday and wedding anniversary, we would love to come back one day. The sea coast is surrounded by a forest with a bird reserve, relaxation for everyone. The connection to Gdańsk is excellent by bus, the historic center of the city is within reach. We took retro bikes with us, for which there was a storage option. We had great swimming weather in August. Wellness ať this hotel is fantastic! We recommend this hotel to everyone. We wish the owners and staff a very Merry Christmas. The apartment was very nice and a lot nicer than expected for price though that positive was dampened on the day we went to check out, gave the keys to the receptionist who called over security who prevented us leaving as they accused us of smoking on the balcony which we never. They produced us with a fine of £200 for smoking on balcony and made up damages where they had no knowledge of as we had only just left the apartment. They forced us to pay up or they’d call the police. Tbh I think this was just a way to make more money from tourists as the prices were such good value. The location is amazing and very close to many great restaurants and coffee shops but real shame about the last day So Smokers Beware!!!! You will be fined for smoking on the balcony even if you have not big scam take care if planning on visiting

Cons:
- There's some road construction, the Uber we took from the airport to hotel can't find way to hotel therefore he took several rides around, trying to find a way and in the end, we need to carry our luggage for few hundred meters on cobble stone road.
- The checkout time, according to the receptionist, is 11:00, not 12:00 as on Trip.com
- Since Uber driver can't find the right way to hotel, we asked the receptionist to call a taxi. She called a car (not sure if it's a taxi since there's no meter) and when we reached the train station (2 km away), the driver asked 35 zl for a trip on Uber cost 15 zl.

Dirty bathrobes, and maybe reused paper cup, and even didnt change towel fully, one was on the handle. Bathrobes were mess as you can see in the picture.
I was wondering if someone didn't finish cleaning and forgot.
And the most shocking thing was dirty paper cup, there were coffee marks on leads.
I stayed here for 2 nights and found this cleaning situation late time so I didn't call the reception. But when I told the receptionists with checking out, they apologized and offered free taxi ride to central station.
But seriously this hotel should improve the cleaning services.

MMichelle我們大概早上9點左右就到飯店checking ,但可能前一晚無人入住所以櫃檯小哥就讓我們提早入房（可遇不可求，請勿無理要求）入住時還送了一個飯店外觀的磁鐵😍毛巾上的牛奶糖超好吃
飯店座落在聖瑪麗教堂旁，外面就是琥珀街，有蠻多飾品可以選擇買回去當禮物，價格不貴又漂亮。步行5-10分鐘就是廣場區，有很多餐廳、酒吧可選擇，離河邊也不遠。步行3分鐘就有Rossmann (類似藥妝店+超商）可買各種生活必需品。
離Gdańsk Głowny 火車站步行遠20分鐘，搭計程車大約10-15PLN ，若要從飯店叫Uber or Bolt去其他地方必須走去外圍一點設定pickup point .
個人整體住宿體驗都很好但因此飯店無電梯可能不太適合長者。

PPengguna TetamuOur third time staying the Focus Hotel and very happy indeed - Amazing hotel and location - only 5 mins from Wrzeszcz Railway Station and 2 mins walk from Metropolis Shopping Centre and the Galeria Baltycka is only 10 minutes away And most importantly my Dentist is only 5 minutes away. The hotel itself is perfect very clean, fantastic food, great breakfast and the staff are brilliant - credit to them (reception, waitresses, cleaners and maintenance guy) always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. All in all a perfect stay again - looking forward to returning in 2 weeks :)

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is located right opposite to the Gdansk Main Station, so it is convenient for those who need to catch a train. The staff was nice and polite. The breakfast offers a limited variety of food and drinks. The single bed and pillow are quite small. There is also no free dental kits provided, and those who forgot to bring a toothbrush and toothpaste would have to pay for that at the hotel's store. There is a gym in the hotel but cannot be accessed with your own room card and requires customers to obtain another access card from the front desk, which is a rather abnormal arrangement. The hotel is around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Old Town.

TTourist59484818823Good and bad. Nice staff. I liked the filtered water on each floor. Nice view on park side. One block to restaurant with Polish food (Swojski Smak), shopping mall, groceries, etc. 15 minutes walk to train station, old town, WW II museum, Solidarity museum (different directions). Mechanical problems in rooms--a/c not working; refrigerator not working. Design--tub/shower--plexiglass wall not long enough or tight enough so shower water splashes out of tub and under the glass, flooding the floor. Showerhead too low for anyone 5'10”+. Extra toilet paper stored below hand soap dispenser. No towel rods, only hooks. Glass between bath and bedroom lets light into room. Corner chairs seating about 12” high. Foam bed mattress seemed to have dip.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at the property for one night and was pleasantly surprised. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with good access to Gdansk. The property has plenty of free parking. The lobby isn't extremely inviting but it is clean and tidy. The rooms are larger than average with a comfortable bed, quality linen and towels, a ceiling fan, good cable TV selections, wifi, a mini frig with mini bar, ample closet space, nice sized bathroom with shower. Everything was very clean and orderly. Breakfast was included in the rate that I booked and it was excellent with a wide variety of options and some of the best coffee. I did notice that there did not appear to be any air conditioning in the room so the property could be uncomfortable in the summer heat. Furnishings and overall decor are a little dated, but in very good condition. Also, there was some noise from the hallways so its not very soundproof. However, all and all, its an excellent property with friendly professional staff and a good value.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is in a convenient location near old town and on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely furnished with a small sofa, a couple of chairs, a desk and good lighting. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure.
We used the sauna and the pool which are in the next building over. When we went at night it was pretty busy, the changeroom is for both men/women but the showers are separated.
The hotel had plenty of street parking when we stayed so we lucked out - the hotel has paid parking for 80 PLN to park in their parkade.
We found there wasn't much near the hotel except for a handful of restaurants and a convenience store. Lots of restaurants and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk so it is convenient enough.

CClairemfalveyLocation was a bit out of the center (about 40mins walking) but would be better with a car. The bed was a double but with one very flat pillow, so I had to fold up items to plump things up/recline in bed while using computer etc. I had to ask specifically for the WiFi password (so i didn't have it the first night because they don't just give it to you). In the neighborhood there were 2 supermarkets very close and apart from the kareoke singing the place was quiet. No Air conditioning, but a standing fan was supplied. There is a very large window In the room to open to get air In.
