Everything is fine if one is not demanding... overall guess we are more concerned about cleanliness esp bedsheets and towels. For these is fine other than noisy air-conditioning. Short stay is alright as said if one if not so particular about this and that...

The location is good. Near to all the accomodation we need. The staff are very good, they welcoming us with perfect smile. The service was perfect. We will be considered to stay here in future. Thank you.

Very out of place. Not suitable for those who don’t drive. Room fridge not even plug in. Aircon not cold. Complain 3 times & changed room 2 times & finally got upgraded to a decent room. On that part, I give thumbs up the the manager of the hotel. He recognised the issues u faced

Terrible. No air conditioning. They said they would arrange a refund for us, but no refund was ever given.

The hygiene was really subpar. There were hairs on the bathroom sink and a dead cockroach on the floor 😢. The front desk looked impressive at first glance, but the check-in process was slow! The breakfast quality was very average, and there aren't many restaurants nearby.

Chose this hotel cause trip was decided very last min and only a few hotel was left. Checked in took more than 30 mins and during checked in, I asked if there was bottled water provided in the room and receptionist assured that is. Went up to the room but no bottled water provided. Called room service and was told that they will bring it up. After waited for almost 20 mins, hub went down to the receptionist to check and was told that the room service will bring it up. After another 20mins, called the receptionist and was told that the room service went up to my room and no one open the door. I was in the room the whole time waiting but didn’t hear the knock. In the end told them to just leave the bottled water at the receptionist and will collect from there. Really a bad hotel and while checking in also saw a lot of families waiting for rooms. Btw, we checked in at 11pm plus and shouldn’t the rooms be cleaned an available alr. Pls book and stay at your own risk!

Not too far from eateries, quite a good location. Concierge staff were friendly, but would be great if there are more staff, as there was only one counter open. We waited quite a bit to check-in.

All the rooms is not ready, some no air cond, worst hotel I've come across... Please refund my bookings...

The hotel is great and value for money. I stay for 2 nights but the hotel didn’t make housekeeping in my room

The hotel is worth the money as it cost only $33 for the room. The location suits me as near to my meeting place.

Air cond doesn’t perform as it should. Got bitten either by bug or insect while sleeping.

The toilet door in room 508 was broken and couldn't be opened from the inside.
