Отдыхали в июле . Две звёзды сняла за обслуживание в ресторане! Отель хороший, девушки на ресепшн приветливые. номера нормальные, уборка на 3. В номере не работал телевизор из-за антенны, после вызова мастера, проработал 1 час! Некоторых официантов нельзя допускать до гостей!, официант Александр просто ХАМ! Даже гости сидящие рядом были в шоке от поведения Александра и предложили вызвать администратора. Не стала, думаю он не поможет( Нужно написать выше стоящему руководству . Завтраки входящие в цену номера за годы чуть испортились (платные остались без изменений) Всегда была вкусная рисовая каша. Сейчас принесли просто отварной рис, залитый молоком ! Получилось месиво, в низу рис, сверху 2см молока! Повар знает что такое каша??? Сложилось ощущение что отдыхающие гости их раздражают! Официанты, ведите себя прилично и не хамите гостям ! В рестораны Компаса и Магнолии по приезду хожу часто, муж часто останавливается в этом отеле. Думаю будем менять локацию.
