The service and quality of the hotel was perfect, all the staff members were very helpful and very kind. Thank you once more for the unforgettable journey you have experienced to us. The hotel opportunuties, services, maintanance and quality were more than enough for a boutique hotel.

They need to explain the reservation like we are made the search not like what they have Because of wrong reservation they forced us may we are pay for the next night or keep the reservation like they trip.com gift us we was eight adult with one baby the problem is when we are made the reservations through trip.com the search was for eight adults and one baby but the reservation was for adults with nobody else

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!

Great value for a creative mind!! Theme rooms in detailed decor of each room when I got to experience two different rooms for two night staying by making two different reservations was great adventure.. loved old stylish dialing phones, though didn't get to call anywhere to dial out.. ^&^ Definitely showed proudly they care with heart and that carried down to maintaining quality level of cleaning. ^&^

Vasat vasat vasat Antalya'dan cenaze için gelmiştim. Telefonla rez. Yaptırdım 3 yetişkin 1 bebek. Geldiğimde oda penceresi bile açılmayan içeride sigara içilen bir oda verdiler. Neyse olur dedik diğer oda yine öyle çıktı. Sonrasında standart odada kalmak zorunda kaldık. Cenaze evi yakın olduğu için burada kalmak istemiştim. Tabi odam downgrade olduğu için fiyat farkını sordum. Executive Oda ile standart Oda farkının 150 TL olduğunu söylediler(Nasıl olsa kalacaklar hesabı) Satış mudireleri Sumeyyemi Süreyya mi hanım efendiye özellikle görüşmek istedim. Toplantıda olduğunu söyletip teşrif etmedi. Sonrasında da görüşmek istemediler. Ben cenazeye gidince eşim ve annem kahvaltı yapmak istediler ( Ucretli olarak çünkü saat 12:00 yi geçmişti.) Gelen personelden kahvaltı isteyince. 'Kahvaltı kişi başı 300 TL biliyorsunuz degilmi diye cevap alındı' Bu cümle hizmet sektöründe Kahvaltı saatiniz geçtiği için ekstra ucretlendirilecek denmeliydi. Bu dudum misafir olan Annemizi rencide etti. Kahvaltı çok pahalı diye yemek istemedi. Düşürdüğünuz dudum ortada. Bebeğimiz için gece mama ısıtmak istiyoruz fakat oda ne lambaları söndürünce şu ısıtıcı çalışmıyor . Yani elektrik yok . TV nin arkasından prizi söktük orda elektrigimizi aldık. Gece saat 3:00 bu arda. Resepsiyona söyle şu issittir getirmeleri uzun vakit alacağı için söyleme gereksimi bile duymadım. çıkış yaparken oda fiyatların deskte yazılı olduğunu gördüm. Böylece fiyat farkının 150 TL olmadığını görmüş olduk. Şikayetlerimi bildirmem rağmen arka ofiste çayını yudumlayan yetkililerden kimse duruma el atmadı . Bu arada giriş yaparken çıkan tiplerden otelin kalitesini anlamalıydım. Parayı veren düdüğü çalar hesabı .Çalışanlardan Belboy Nizamettin Bey, Hk departmanında Adem bey ilgili ve herzaman yardım severdi. BURASI BAIA HOTEL GRUBUYLA ALAKASI YOK. HIZMET YOK! As I arrived, around 11am the room was ready. Terrible smell of cigarettes. I requested a different room. I was waiting around 3 hours got the room, but I spend time in SPA,so not problems at all:) The next room was nice,but the smells of cigarettes persisted. I'm a not smoker, I smell it very well. Room quite outdated, dirt In a bathroom. Dinner was cheap and quite nice:) breakfast also, good choice, food on my taste.Turkish coffee on demand. Staff very polite and friendly, unfortunately, again, very basic English. The best part of this hotel is their SPA an very professional masseuse's.A big, big, special thanks for a Wicky, she's great!!! One of the best massaged I had in my life ( and I had a lot:))

I've stayed in this hotel two times, first time it was for three months, last time it was for one month. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the cleaning ladies does a very good job, the hotel is clean and very quiet. There is a Mosque as a neighbor, so expect prayer calls early in the morning and evening. The windows and balcony doors have good soundproofing if they are closed, but you may still hear it if you are a light sleeper. What I like second best about this hotel is the Spa they have in the basement where you can get sauna, steamroom, and a variety of massages. After a week of long days, to get a sauna, steamroom, soapy massage and antistress massage... it's pure bliss! The best part, especially now with covid is that the Hotel has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, and fancy windows so we can sit outside and still be warm. The waiters that were there the first time I were there have moved on, one of the bartenders are the same I think. On my last visit the wait staff was a little bit of a disaster, they didn't speak english, and the orders got confused. But Luckily we had Ender, he spoke English, and if he was not sure he would ask, to make sure we got what we ordered. and he would also facitiltate special orders if you wanted to order something that was not on the menu. Very happy with this hotel, especially the service Ender gave us in the restaurant!

It was a good hotel. Rooms was Clean. The quilts and pillows were old. Some of them were torn. The quality of the breakfast was reasonable. The quality of the food was very good. The water in the indoor pool was too hot for me. I did not like the lighting of the pool. It was very dark and depressing. There are no alcoholic beverages in this hotel. What is strange for me is that there were no toothbrushes in the rooms and you had to buy them from the hotel. Another admirable thing was that the roof of the hotel was covered with solar panels that supplied the hotel's electricity.

I stayed in this hotel 4 nights. While booking, I did request to room far from the restaurant and entrance facing room because of the very loud music ( restaurant) and constant small of the cigarette ( from the balconies facing both entrance). I sent a few msg, nobody replied to confirm. However in arrival I got the room requested. Staff speak barely English. To order a orange juice I had to show/ explain with my hands Breakfast was mostly the same, dinner variable and tasty. No juices was on the buffet. The strong point of this hotel is the roof pool. Thermal water, very hot, good for relaxing. However,some of customers was really annoying: speaking ( shouting) VERY loudly on phone/video call. Also they was very drunk ( at 14 h). They completely ignored the staff and other guests remarks. Myself, asked them to be more quiet as a response was”Fack” probably only 1 word young Man new in English. He started to put the peanuts, snacks in to the pool trying t get my attention. I stayed calm, until he took bathrobe where was my phone,key card, some personal belongings and out on him I asked him to give it back. He was very aggressive towards me. He didn't understood anything,due to drunkenness. Luckily the staff member took my belongings from his pocket and returned them to me. SPA HOTEL 4 STAR*** THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Never ever during my stays in hotels with 5 stars or without any I didn't seen similar customers behaviour. Staff had to stop it straight away and strictly. But nobody did. So. Hotel itself is ok, I mean room what I had. Cleaned every day . Some mold in the bathroom, smell of cigarettes in bathroom coming via ventilation. Spa, so/so . I give hotel 4 *. Just not to harm them with a bad score.But my feedback is definitely not positive.
