Isla Cabana Resort

非常不推薦入住，首先酒店位置很好。 但就因為位置很好，附近有兩家酒吧，每天唱到十二點後，聲音帶耳塞都塞不住。 十二點酒吧結束了，附近的雞開始晚上這波叫了，大概到一點才可以睡覺。 早上五點雞準時開叫，隨後七點，隔壁im1房間開始裝修，附近還有其他工地。 另外酒店不隔光，門上面有個玻璃大三角，側面也有。 很悲慘的我住了這個酒店，幾天沒睡一個好覺，我沒有神經衰弱，很少給差評，這酒店誰住誰知道……

酒店位置相當棒，位於非常熱鬧的主幹道，周圍吃個玩夜生活都比較便捷，酒店服務也比較好，早餐也不錯，早餐比Blue好太多。酒店環境也不錯非常棒。

Our first trip to siargao and this looked an obvious place to stay We planned on booking a number of tours over our 5 day stay but as soon as we arrived we loved the place so much we decided to hang out and relax around the resort. The restaurant at the beach front with infinity pool was awesome and so relaxing. We would have daily buffet breakfast and lunch there. We tried many dishes off the menu and every single one of them very high standard. The staff at poolside were incredible. Dinner we ate in the restaurant few times and very good as well Room is expensive, showing some signs of ageing but everything works , tv , coffee machine , good hot water . The improvements i would suggest are: 1. During the 5 days stay we never saw any managers or interaction with them 2. Toilets in public spaces do not have toilet seats. 3. When being shown to your room there should be better explanation of room , ac, tv, along with resort amenities. They just use housekeeping to drop off your bags n run. 4. Should you wish to have your room cleaned you must notify them the day BEfORE...... you pay big money n this is a budget hotel policy that they have. Overall reccommend this place, if you on a budget its not for you , prices are good for what you get but add in service charge and its not for the budget traveller. Great gardens and pathways cleaned always. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

The check-in process was not clear enough, and we had to ask follow-up questions. In the café, you have to go get the menu yourself and wait at least 10 minutes to get the staff's attention. There was no attention paid to customers. The soap provided was diluted in water, which is unacceptable. The hotel did not ask for a review at checkout, and the staff seemed unsure how to handle our request to provide feedback. The private pool was dirty and never properly maintained. Conclusion: I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you expect the normal high level of Filipino hospitality. The staff was unfriendly and the facilities were poorly managed.

Unfriendly staff: The check-in was not clear enough. We had to ask following up questions. You have to go by yourself to get the menu in the café and raise your hand for 10 minutes minimum so that they look at you. No attention to costumers. The soap is diluted in water... seriously Nobody asked for review at the checkout and when we asked how we can do it they started looking at each other. Dirty private pool,never taken care of. Conclusion: I do NOT recommend, especially if you ecpect the NORMAL kind Filipino treat.

Stopped by Isla Cantina Siargao, right in the heart of General Luna's bustling restaurant row. The ambiance and design are spot-on. However, felt the nachos lacked toppings, and the Asian pork leimpo serving was tiny, especially when factoring in the bones. The tuna Thai Curry was satisfactory. Our take-out and overall bill felt a bit steep at around Php 2,700. If you visit, grab a table facing the road - perfect during happy hour.

Worst ever! Given that I was not planning to cancel or downgrade my Ocean View Premier Suite and only wanted to push back to a few days, this rest will not budge and will not reconsider given there's a plausible reason for and I have given enough notice. I ended up loosing all my money and they literally did not reply to emails for few days. However good a resort or hotel, this is an unacceptable DO NOT BOOK OR STAY in this resort!!!!! *CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellation for all guaranteed reservations shall be subject to cancellation fees. 2. Cancellation shall be made in writing and received by our Reservations Officer. 3. Cancellation received within 31 days prior to arrival will incur the first 2 nights charge. 4. Cancellation received within 21 days prior to arrival will incur the first 4 nights charge. 5. Cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival will incur the full period charge. 6. No refund will be made in reducing the number of rooms initially reserved, and on change of room type (downgraded rooms/villa). For shortening of stay, a full room charge shall be observed. 7. Failure to arrive at the Resort will be treated as a No-Show and no refund nor re-book will be given. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Isla Cabana, I think is a great resort in Siargao. They have a beach front view and a restaurant that also faces the beach. The staff are nice and friendly. Our Villa is clean, and what we love about it is the outdoor shower is just unique, we love the concept of “outdoor shower” A very tropical vibe. The food is good but we think that they could improve more of their service. Thank you again Isla Cabana for the wonderful experience!

My family and I booked 3 rooms with breakfast included (1 Ocean Premier Suite and 2 standard rooms) to celebrate my mother in law's birthday. I agree with another reviewer that the online booking process needs improvement. Once you make your hotel reservation online, you have 24 hours to pay in full to confirm the booking. I had to pay the resort through Pay Pal. It would be more convenient for guests to pay directly on the Isla Cabana website. You can request airport transfer with the resort for Php 300 (USD $5.40) per person for a shared ride or a private ride for Php 2000 (USD $36) (maximum 6 passengers). The airport transfer needs to be paid in cash with the driver. We did an island hopping tour for Php 1,800 (USD $32.43) per person through the hotel. The island hopping tour includes van transportation to the dock, boat fees, tour guide, and lunch. The island hopping tour is cash only and can not be charged to the resort. We also did a land tour for Php 5000 (USD $90) through the hotel and is cash only as well. The land tour does NOT include the entrance fees for any of the sites. My wife and I stayed in the Ocean Premier Suite which was worth every penny. The ocean premier suite is ocean front and has its own plunge pool. The rest of my family stayed in the standard rooms. The standard rooms have 2 double beds and are spacious. I also agree with other reviewers that since the standard rooms face Tourism Road, it can be loud at night from the music being played across the street from the bars. We ate breakfast daily at the Beach Restaurant and Bar. The breakfast is a buffet. I recommend you eat there earlier since the breakfast trays were empty the later it gets in the morning. We also ate lunch and dinner there a few times. The food is very good. The hotel staff are outstanding and what makes the resort shine. Overall, I highly recommend this resort and would stay here again. Thank you Isla Cabana Resort for making my mother in law's 70th birthday special.
