Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di General Santos

I stayed at this hotel a couple different nights the last week and had a good visit, overall. The price is a bit expensive, the location is very good with an SM and restaurants within walking distance (I wouldn't recommend Cafe Amoree nearby), the staff are friendly and speak English, everything is clean and neat with no bad odors anywhere, the rooms were nice, clean, comfortable but simply decorated, the TV didn't work/connect at all, the A/C in my second room didn't work so we needed to move to another room where it did work, soap, shampoo & a toothbrush were provided but nothing more other than towels, nice, big shower, there was a closet to hang clothes, the complimentary breakfast was good & adequate for foreigners or locals, they did have a simple restaurant with a view items of food and different kinds of beverages (coffee, tea, milkshakes, smoothies, etc.) available, and they have a nice airport shuttle van that is available for about $10/PHP600.

Fast checking in process at the counter. The staff provided proper instructions for wifi and breakfast. The location is in quiet area and is quite near to the park and other establishments which are walking distance. We had a comfortable stay. There is an elevator. The Aircon and cable TV worked well. The bed is comfy but it would have been better to have 2 pillows. Soap and shampoo are provided but no tissue. Drinking water is also available for free. Breakfast is basic. Parking is also available in front.

Pros: Conveniently located near the malls, restaurants, banks, and other shops. Just within the compound, you’ll find a convenience store, spa, salon, bank, and the hotel’s restaurant. Room amenities are basic- clean bed and pillows, hot and cold shower, etc. Towels are also clean. Cons: No provision of hair dryer, Wifi is not working!!! (which, for me is big deal because mobile signal is also poor in my room) Drain at the shower is terrible (this is the most problematic. I have to clean up the drain, I know, gross! I paid here to sleep but there I was, cleaning the drain at early morning!!!) Did I get the value for what I paid for? No. Hoping that the management will address these issues.

It was the best microhotel that we've visit, well it's not our first time to visit GenSan and find a great microhotel. That this place is fantastic, a great environment and perfect ambiance at all. Staff are great too, and they actually serve a break fast which just amazing to enjoy it with my love of my life.

One of the best places I've stayed in while traveling. I literally can't find anything wrong with this place. The room's perfect; the windows open to the view of the road, but it's so quiet and peaceful, and you're also greeted with the beautiful yellow bells just outside the windows. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. Nang Yayang was very nice to us when we checked in. Also, the food! We had paksiw fish on our first morning here. Sobrang sarap! Tas tuna omelette on the second morning. Sarap! There's also hot shower, which was the icing on the cake. It's a quaint little place that feels like a home away from home. Will definitely come back here when we're back in town!

The lights were too dim. Not ideal since we have child. The floor in the bathroom were too slippery not good for children when taking a bath. No floor mats to dry our feet after shower. And no other amenities too boring.

Stayed in Sept. 14 to 16, 2022 for Business. Just got the basic room with King Size bed. This means that the hotel pushed the two (2) single beds together. You can still feel the space in between. Not an issue though as I was alone in the room. Could be troublesome if you are a couple who like to sleep hugging each other. Room and bath was spacious and very clean. I did notice some ants crawling on the desk. Internet was ok at 15 to 20mbs. Pillows and bed were soft and comfortable. Shower could use a door or longer enclosure as the water kept spraying out. This could wet the floor of the bathroom if you aren't careful. Breakfast was ok especially given the price. Hotel was near SM mall, 2 blocks away. They also had free shuttle to the airport. Employees of the hotel are very courteous. My keys stopped working after 24 hours and had to be replaced at the front desk (a minor hassle) but overall still a good experience.

Perfect location and comfortable rooms. Food is great, especially at Tealeaf (Chinese) and Mint Cafe. Awesome option to hang out with family and friends. Huge shout out to the super friendly and accommodating staff. When we come back to Gen San again, we will definitely go back to Green Leaf

The stay was good except for the space was really micro, and didn’t expect this to be that small. The aircon needs to be fixed as it seems to be too loud. It’s an economy hotel and good for brief stay. The rates are good and just as expected. Did not accept credit card payment? The place seems convenient to nearby commercial area
