If you have lots or large luggage don't walk from the train station as it's uphill and, towards the end of the journey, on cobbles. The hotel is in the centre of the historic old town. Like the surrounding buildings it's beautiful with many original features. Reception staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The room (ours was 1st floor) was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Was a little disconcerting to come back one evening to find the guy doing the turn down service at my washbag smelling my aftershave, but I suppose that happens in hotel rooms all over the world. He rushed out looking suitably embarrassed. Because the hotel is squeezed in tight around other buildings, has the dining room on the 2nd floor, and a restaurant on the street, I found our room fairly noisy. Breakfast is in a small, intimate, dining room and the service was excellent. However, this is 🇨🇭so nothing is inexpensive and there is a charge, per person, for breakfast. This was not made clear until our last day, so please bear this in mind. All in all a lovely hotel for exploring Geneva.

They made me feel welcome and pampered. I especially want to thank the concierge team and the guest relations team for helping me plan and execute the perfect surprise proposal for my girlfriend. Lorena, Jochem, Giulia, Justine, thank you all for your assistance and discretion. You helped me decorate the room with candles, roses, and champagne. It was a dream come true. A special mention goes to Audrey, who saved the day when the flower shop declined my order for a bouquet of roses at the last minute. He managed to find a solution with florist and delivered the flowers, just in time for my arrival. I almost had a heart attack when I heard the news, but he handled everything with professionalism and grace. Audrey, you are a star. The Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is more than a hotel, it is a fairy tale. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay and my proposal so special. It was an experience that I will cherish forever. We stayed at this amazing hotel for four days, during the Christmas market season. It is located very near the Jardin Anglais, which is also near the Jet D’eau and many other interesting landmarks and sights to see. Excellent walking opportunities abound. The service at the hotel was excellent, from the friendly and efficient breakfast staff to the lobby bar to the daily room tidying and turn-down. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una tripla non troppo grande, bagno con vasca, ma davvero piccolo. I letti sono tutti singoli, il matrimoniale è composto da due lettini affiancati. Materassi e cuscini comodi Camere pulite e cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani In camera c'è la cassaforte gratuita, ma non ci sono ne il frigo, e questo è stato un disagio, nè l'aria condizionata, ma questo non è stato un disagio perché durante la giornata non siamo mai stati in camera, e la sera e soprattutto la notte, pur essendo Luglio, la temperatura a Ginevra scendeva parecchio , tanto da usare un piumino per coprirci. La colazione non l'abbiamo presa perchè, a nostro parere 15 franchi a persona ci sono sembrati eccessivi, invece è stato un errore, perchè Ginevra è una città carissimaaaaa e si può arrivare a pagare un caffè anche 5 franchi. L'hotel ci ha regalato una card per i trasporti per tutta la durata del soggiorno, compreso quello di partenza, quindi abbiamo potuto usarla per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Questo è stato un grande aiuto, in una città davvero costosa. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli gratuitamente tutta la mattina del giorno di partenza. Facilismo da raggiungere. Si prende il bus numero 10, oppure il bus numero 5 dall'aeroporto fino a Gare Cornavin, che è la stazione centrale; da lì si prende il numero 8 e in due fermate ( si scende alla fermata Cannoniere) ci si trova a 100 metri dall'hotel A pochi passi dall'hotel un Denner discount, davvero caro, con prezzi esagerati. Mentre in Rue Antoine Carteret, più o meno nella strada parallela a quella in cui si trova il discount Denner, c'è un supermercato Aldi, con prezzi moooolto più bassi. Nei pressi dell'hotel le fermate di molti bus che portano in centro e in ogni caso col bus numero 8 si arriva anche in centro o in fermate con connessioni di bus che portano ovunque in città. Il quartiere è tranquillo. In realtà più o meno tutti i quartiere di Ginevra sono tranquilli, compreso il quartiere della stazione centrale. Consigliatissimo

The Tiffany Hotel was a sister hotel to the EastWest Hotel in Geneva, where we stayed when we started our 2 week trip in Europe. The staff at the Tiffany Hotel was outstanding. they helped us with directing us to a pharmacy so we could get tested for our flight back to the US the next day. They recommended a fantastic restaurant for us to have dinner. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel is in the old town area and therefor it does its best to accommodate functionality in an older building. Great location if your interest are in the old town area.

If you're looking for a very centrally located accommodation in Geneva, and you basically just expect a good bed and a bathroom, this is a splendid choice! It's practically at the start of the seaside boulevard walk; in the opposite direction you will find the Pointe de la Jonction, hangout for swimming I'm the Rhine for young people. Third direction, old town and cultural district, fourth a short walk to the station. Great site, I bet it will soon be developed to become more posh. The room (no 12) and bathroom were small but clean, had a view towards the lake and was not too noisy. It did the job! Comfy bed! Even a fridge! No AC, but a fan helped me through a hot summer night. Friendly staff. Don't expect breakfast or any other extras, this is a simple place, but provides good value for money in an otherwise expensive city! (One pic is from Bessa, the recommended breakfast place s few blocks away - just simple continental bfst for 6fr, but fair enough.)

We stayed here for one night as we were travelling with a friend who had not seen Geneva before. As we had a very early morning flight, we arrived at about 9.30am, half expecting to be asked to leave our luggage as the rooms were not ready. We arrived, but the reception area was not quite welcoming. Really not sure what impression this gives. It looked like someone stole the reception desk and left a simple desk with the equipment and cables all showing. Nevertheless, we were greeted by a nice man who advised that our rooms were ready and as I was a silver member there was no charge for this. The rooms themselves are quite small, but serves the purpose for sleeping and showering. The shower head for some reason does not like a lot of pressure, otherwise the head turns the other way and you cannot shower properly. As a silver member, I get a welcome drink, but there is no bar here, only a fridge with drinks and some snacks at the side. I did want to get a wine in the early evening, but the receptionist was not there. I waited a few minutes, along side someone who wanted to check in, and no-one came, til we saw a small hand written note that said back soon. Not a great impression for the person wanting to check in! Instead, I chose to use my voucher the next day to grab a soft drink for my onward train journey. Sleep quality is good. We didn't eat breakfast, so cannot comment. Although we had a transport card from the hotel, we chose to walk around Geneva instead, but it's a useful card to have. Handy hotel that is close to the station and the city centre.

The staff really goes out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The room has a large bed (my husband is 6’4), blackout curtains, TV, 2 tables with chairs, extra blanket, AC, 3 closest with lots of storage. A large (for Europe) balcony, you can easily put 2 chairs outside). 2 bathrooms with large showers that have great hot water pressure. Wi-Fi is great. They also offer free public transport card, which you sign up electronically and receive via email. The building has an elevation, which takes you to the 6 floor where the reception is as well as our room. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and stay here again.

Very close to train station. Across main road and a minute walk. Lots around the hotel, Starbucks, McDonald’s, various restaurants and cafes. Coop small supermarket and other shops. Our room was very clean, cleaned every day. Simply furnished with modern fittings and a great shower, good towels, tv, kettle, tea/coffee bits. Everything you need. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor, with great views and was also immaculate though we didn’t have breakfast during our stay. 5 minutes walk to river. There was quite a bit of noise late at night in the area behind the hotel (car park and street) , our window was open and it didn’t bother us. I’m sure with windows closed the noise would be far less. Staff at reception were very friendly.

Great position - really close to train station and bus station. Only 5-10 mins walk to the river. Beds were really comfy. Room was a great size with a fridge and large bathroom. Decor was a a bit dated but it was spotlessly clean. There was a hint of a funny smell which bothered me more than my son, possibly a smoking room in the past. We didn’t use the pub next door for breakfast as there was a small coop less than 5 mins walk away which sold fresh fruit, fresh pastries and fresh coffee. Along with disposable cutlery which we took back to the room. Great to have a later checkout time of 12, and also we left our bags there for a couple of hours in their baggage room. Great value and just what we needed. Felt safe just travelling alone with my son.
