Good location at city center, just across from Delta Plaza Shopping Mall. The service and cleanliness is super, breakfast in this hotel has many varieties. The Room with King Size Bed is quite spacious. There is convenient mini shop just in front of the hotel. Overall, really recommend this hotel and will come back to stay in this hotel next time visit Surabaya.

Nestled in an enviable location, this hotel has rightfully earned its popularity among locals. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a team of amiable staff who extended a warm welcome. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and we highly recommend trying the in-house nasi goreng. The spacious rooms, while lacking in some amenities, were otherwise comfortable. However, we did notice a slight odor of dampness and dust that was slightly unpleasant. One minor quibble we had was with the lighting - the dimming lights were not strong enough to provide sufficient illumination, especially after sunset. Additionally, we were disappointed to find only one pair of slippers provided in the room despite booking for two guests in each of our two rooms. Was this a cost-cutting measure? Our biggest issue arose when we arranged for the hotel's car service to take us to the airport upon departure. The driver first dropped off our parents at the domestic terminal, but it wasn't until later that he informed us of an additional charge to take us to the international terminal - despite the short distance between them. We had already paid a premium for the hotel's chartered car service, and it was disappointing that the driver did not disclose this additional charge upfront. While we understand the importance of profit margins, we believe it's essential to prioritize transparency and honesty with guests. Overall, this hotel was a decent choice for the price we paid. Despite the minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

I booked a bigger room type and was satisfied with its cleanliness. We like the huge bathroom and the transprent bathdoor that having a remote control to turn it off. There was a very helpful English-speaking Chinese Guy at the reception who assisted us for next morning breakfast request and limousine to airport. The conceirge team was also very polite and arrive at hotel room on time sharply to catch early cab. We did not utilise the pool and facilities but thankful for the great services and hospitality (:

가성비 최고의 호텔로 적극 추천함. 수라바야 시내 최중심지에 위치. 매우 오래된 건물이지만 진심으로 잘 관리되어 깨끗하고 제 기능을 다함. 로비, 객실 넓음. 객실 창이 큼직하여 방이 환함. 하수구 냄새 없고, 하수구 물 빠짐도 원활함. 수영장 있음. TV 채널은 좀 제한적임. 가장 인상적인 것은 깨끗하다는 점==＞ 객실 커튼과 욕실 커튼이 엄청 깨끗하게 세탁되어 걸려 있었음. 침대커버와 베개커버도 향긋함. 결론==＞ 대략 23달러로, 수라바야 시내 최중심지에, 낡고 오래되어 보이지만. 깨끗하고 제 기능 다하는 넓은 객실을 이용할 수 있는 곳.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights after arriving in Surabaya from Banyuwangi by train. It's located directly beside the river, just five minutes' walk from the station and also very close to the Plaza Surabaya shopping mall. The hotel is comfortable and modern. There are a few issues, namely low water pressure, inconsistent WiFi and a very local-oriented breakfast (think fried rice and sate rather than eggs and hash browns). But the bed was great and the view from the top floor is worth a look. If you're taking the train either in or out of Surabaya - or if you like a good rooftop pool - then this hotel is a good option.

I stayed in Heritage studio room 58. The ambience of hotel gives you a feeling like you are Royalty and stay in this Heritage hotel with a history of Indonesia’s freedom era takes you back to the old times. It’s better to stay in Hotels like these which are historic yet have every modern gadgets in the rooms. It’s an experience which can’t be described in words. The Garden outside your rooms and a tea/ coffee in morning sitting in the bench in Garden makes life pause. There are many hotels in the vicinity but they are all standard hotels like Double Tree, Four Points Sheraton which are Urban new age hotels but very corporate types. It’s ok to break out sometime to explore hidden gems like these. Coming to Surabaya and not staying in Hotel Majapahit is a crime. Smooth check in and check out process. Very courteous house keeping staff, concierge and reception. From the maintenance standpoint doesn’t look a bit like it’s 100+ years old construction. Maintained so well and the furniture in the room gives you the vibes of history yet are so artistic. Do explore this extra ordinary Hotel in middle of a bustling street. A stroll in the night will boost up your mood. 100% staying in this hotel again whenever I come to Surabaya.

Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik, sarapan yang pelbagai, dan mereka hanya mempunyai kolam renang dan sauna. Mereka mempunyai cara untuk mengambil beg anda sendiri, lihat, terdapat lif, dan pergi.

Hotel lobby was ok. The check in was quick. Once we got to our room I was fascinated. Large room with super large bed. Room service was affordable. The downside was the pool which was small in my opinion. Beside is Tunjungan Plaza. Sooooo big you will get lost inside. We chose this hotel as it’s near to the National Day celebrations. Will choose the Swiss belinn brand again.
