Hotel Genteng dengan Spa

Good location at city center, just across from Delta Plaza Shopping Mall. The service and cleanliness is super, breakfast in this hotel has many varieties. The Room with King Size Bed is quite spacious. There is convenient mini shop just in front of the hotel. Overall, really recommend this hotel and will come back to stay in this hotel next time visit Surabaya.

All staffs had a great attitude、good location、there's a convenience store nearby the hotel,you can buy anything you need.And the room is very clean、got hairdryer and hot water!

Hotelnya bagus. Pelayanan ramah Awal masuk terkesan agak jorok. Karna petugasnya pada bersih2. Tapi ternyata kamarnya di luar ekspektasi. Kamar luas. Sangat luas malah. Harga murah. Makanan enak. Dua hari nginap, menu ada perubahan. Dekat pusat keramaian. Jadi enak kemana mana. Kayaknya jadi referensi hotel di kemudian hari jika ke Surabaya. Mungkin handuknya perlu diganti. Kayaknya sudah waktunya pensiun. Lain lainya sangat bagus.

Amazing for a budget hotel. Stayed here only for resting after a Bromo trip. Toilet is nice, room is small but very functional. Breakfast is superb I really love the arrangement and the varieties of food. Recommended

lokasi strategis depan TP Mall, view langsung TP, kemana mana tinggal jalan kaki, kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan lagi, banyak rambut dilantai

room is cozy and clean the foods are delicious the service is excellent, every employee always give a warm smile everytime we passed by the only downside for me is for the prayer room on 2nd floor i hope they will improve the cleanliness for this room especially the wudhu space which is basically more of a bathroom rather than an actual wudhu space overall it was a nice stay

I stayed in Heritage studio room 58. The ambience of hotel gives you a feeling like you are Royalty and stay in this Heritage hotel with a history of Indonesia’s freedom era takes you back to the old times. It’s better to stay in Hotels like these which are historic yet have every modern gadgets in the rooms. It’s an experience which can’t be described in words. The Garden outside your rooms and a tea/ coffee in morning sitting in the bench in Garden makes life pause. There are many hotels in the vicinity but they are all standard hotels like Double Tree, Four Points Sheraton which are Urban new age hotels but very corporate types. It’s ok to break out sometime to explore hidden gems like these. Coming to Surabaya and not staying in Hotel Majapahit is a crime. Smooth check in and check out process. Very courteous house keeping staff, concierge and reception. From the maintenance standpoint doesn’t look a bit like it’s 100+ years old construction. Maintained so well and the furniture in the room gives you the vibes of history yet are so artistic. Do explore this extra ordinary Hotel in middle of a bustling street. A stroll in the night will boost up your mood. 100% staying in this hotel again whenever I come to Surabaya.

Bilik luas dengan tab mandi, permaidani penuh, lokasi pusat bandar, kolam renang tidak terlalu besar, kakitangan yang mesra.

Seperti biasa untk hrga 200 si dengan fasilitas begini untung2an kdg dpt yg ac dingin kdg ga. Kadang dpt yg bersih kdg dpt yg blom d pke wc da bocor da ad sesuatu d wc. Gpp lah toh ya sebanding dengan harga nya

For the price there is not really much to said expect very good location near Tunjungan plaza, amnesties is pretty standard but breakfast can be improved (more choices and hot meals is always welcomed).
