Misty Summit Genting Highlands by Homesphere

All in good condition and comfort to us stayed, i satisfied the room facilities and amenities, service was great and the reception was helpful

Second time using trip and i'm very happy. So happy to have trip in my travelling. Very helpfull and the hotel also best and nice experience. No problem with the hotel. 😍

A lil bit confusing.. Because car park in other building, reception in other building and you room also in another building.. Room a bit small.. But overall is okey

Good for basic stay.. room completed with amenities (toiletries etc.). Shower heater in master bedroom not working, report made, staff came to repair n still not working. We have to use the other bathroom (sejuk tahu kalu xpakai heater😑). That bathroom in the master also have odour, urine like.. sprayed water all over toilet bowl, the floor n its still there.. we just close the door at the end to avoid the smell. Other than that, pleasant stay in the clouds.

Stay was decent. But access to unit and car park was complicated. Price reasonable but I will only choose to stay again if Genting is fully booked.

My third visit into this area of Genting Highland. Here is not the Genting central, need 10 min drive to Genting Highland. However I like this place very much because it is exclusive and quiet, there is nothing at this area. Is a place to peace your mind from city or Genting Highland. You can see tree n sunrise. Very calm. Unfortunately, the lift service is extremely bad during peak hours (checkin/out time, breakfast time). I waited for one hour to get myself into lift on checkout day. Too high demand at the same time with not hotel setup plan upon construction. Beware for this issue. Room is not clean, I noticed they do not vacuum the floor, because I did not notice vacuum machine around.
