Nice staying at Citadine Connect Hotel. The room is Clean, comfortable and fantastic pool. Lovely approachable staff, very friendly and ready to help. Very recommend Hotel when you come to Pulau Pinang.

Room: can hear noise from neighbour room & toilet lighting is quite dim. Reception: encountered at least 5 different receptionist, majority are friendly, except the 1 chinese short hair lady who was so impatient when we enquired the hotel parking rate. Location: is in the heart of Georgetown, near to Gama supermarket, Sunday Hin bus depot market & other famous eateries. Parking: hard to get a public parking space , in that case, have to pay & park at the hotel car park, RM 7/ day. Should have been FREE for hotel guest. 🥲

Stayed here for 3 nights & we thoroughly enjoyed it. Staffs were professional and friendly. They were helpful when we met an issue with the hot water tap in our room. Thankful for the team to solve the issue swiftly and with sense of urgency. Would book to stay here again when I visit Penang next time. Location is very convenient to many popular places like Cecil Street Market, Chowrasta Market, 888 Prawn Noodles etc.

efficient , well organised and friendly staff pros location ideal for Georgetown  Compliments to waiting staff such as Sekr who makes good coffee!  cons:swimming pool could do with towels being placed poolside and ensuring water mopped up regularly to prevent accidents.

Excellent Location The hotel is very centrally located in George Town, making it easy to walk to popular attractions, food stalls, shopping malls (Komtar, 1st Avenue), and places like Hin Bus Depot. For food lovers, there are many local eateries, spas, and convenience stores nearby. 2. New & Attractive Design The property feels modern and fresh; many reviewers liked the mix of heritage facade with clean, contemporary interiors. Rooms are well decorated and generally clean. Beds, pillows, and linen get positive marks. 3. Amenities & Conveniences There’s a rooftop (or on-roof) pool (though small) and a gym. These provide nice options to unwind. Free‐flow water dispensers in hallways, complimentary coffee/tea and snacks in the lobby are much appreciated. The hotel is fairly clean, and staff are generally friendly & helpful.

Room is abit small even though my room is studio executive. Otherwise, very convenient area. Less than 5mins walk to Hin bus depot. 10mins walk to kimberly street, presgrave streetand etc. Easily access to all the famous street foods around. There’s a convenient store just downstair. Will definitely book this hotel again in my next stay

Midnight check in, requested hotel to arrange to book shuttle to take us to hotel. A bit expensive but convenience . Hotel Location is good , at the center of George town . Family room is comfortable, but better to hv 2 bathroom. Has gym room and swimming pool

Excellent double storey loft room at Citadine Connect Penang and living room area is spacious too. There are a total of 3 TV in the loft. The toilet is a bit small and will be better if there is 1 more toilet.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There's a 24-hour mart just downstairs, which makes it super easy to grab snacks or drinks anytime. The location is excellent – lots of popular restaurants and night markets are within walking distance. Perfect for food lovers! A few things to keep in mind: The TV isn’t a smart TV, so only local channels are available No conditioner provided, and the shampoo can be a bit drying – if you have long hair, it’s better to bring your own Overall, a very convenient and pleasant place to stay. Would recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Location is great. But I feel it lacks other amenities of the same cost. But overall great experience.

Very noisy for 1st floor , seem like floor drain or flush water from 2nd floor . Quite poor insulation for sound from next door . Location ok .
