Banyak habuk dalam bilik.Nampak tak ada orang tinggal, so takde orang bersihkan.Bila sampai kat parking tu memang penuh dan kena bayar kat taman.Kami perlukan rm55 parking fee. satu malam 🙂 Penebat bunyi tidak bagus. Mesin berbunyi. Bunyi seseorang yang lalu lalang di luar boleh didengari dengan jelas. Saya benar-benar tidak mengesyorkan hotel selebriti Internet. Ia benar-benar gemuruh

This review relates to accommodation standards and guest wellbeing, not pricing or compensation. During my stay, there was repeated nighttime noise intrusion from nearby live music. The sound was clearly audible inside the room due to insufficient window sound insulation, resulting in sleep disruption across multiple nights. The issue was reported promptly. The initial response was the provision of ear plugs, which is not an appropriate control measure for a structural environmental noise issue. While follow-up staff engagement was more thorough and room availability was rechecked, alternative rooms presented different noise exposure risks. The noise returned at a very loud level on the third night. I ultimately resorted to manually dampening window gaps, yet the music remained clearly audible. In addition, the room exhibited basic hygiene and maintenance deficiencies, including mold in the shower area, dust on bedding and surfaces, and worn floor condition. In environments with known nighttime activity, effective sound insulation, preventive maintenance, and clear staff escalation procedures are essential to meet reasonable hospitality and guest wellbeing standards. Addressing these areas would materially improve the guest experience. During my stay, I experienced repeated nighttime noise entering the room, which affected my ability to rest. While staff were polite and checked availability, no effective solution was available, and the noise continued on subsequent nights. Even after attempting to reduce the noise by blocking window gaps, the music could still be heard. The room also had cleanliness and maintenance issues, including mold in the shower area, dust on bedding and nearby surfaces, and worn flooring. This hotel may be challenging for light sleepers. Improvements in sound insulation, room maintenance, and preventative upkeep would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment throughout my stay. Every detail — from the smooth check-in to the quality of service — showed great hospitality. I truly appreciated the team’s effort in making my experience pleasant and memorable.

Very good location and the hotel seems get renovated recently. While the room is not big it is exactly as on the photos. Pretty good value for money
