Saya sangat berpuas hati.Saya sudah banyak kali ke hotel. Pulau Pinang adalah bandar yang sangat cantik, tetapi terlalu sedikit laluan pejalan kaki. Memandu di sini sangat laju, jadi anda perlu berhati-hati ketika melintas jalan. Hotel ini sangat bagus setiap kali saya datang ke sini, dan saya akan terus mengunjunginya!

We stayed with the Ascott group numerous times for its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities around the world, and Citadines Connect Georgetown is no exception. The building is renovated from a historical building which gives the hotel a mixture of cultural and contemporary vibe. It's a 3-story newly-built hotel and everything you see is brand new and tidy. The lobby is not large, but there are plentiful spaces to rest for a while. The room we stayed in is Studio Executive, and it's clean enough. The air-conditioning system utilized a touch panel for you to easily adjust to your liking. There are no drinking bottles inside the room but a water dispenser is just in the hallway, both environment-friendly and convenient. One of the things worthy of notice is the tap water system, where hot and cold water may be installed conversely. The hotel itself is located around minutes walk from Komtar neighborhood, and you can easily take buses to the airport or to other areas of Penang via the Komtar terminal. Several malls are also in this area to give you the convenience of shopping. The well-known hawker food centre at Lebuh Presgrave crossroad is also close by, where you can easily grab most of the famous and delicious local dishes here. CAT bus station is also not far from the hotel, and you can tour the UNESCO sites with it for a day trip. Overall, it's an excellent choice to stay here for its brand-new facilities, and its convenience regarding transportation, shopping, and dining.

這麼棒的酒店竟然攜程上評價很少，我也是因為一些原因之前訂的酒店沒有被接單，攜程幫我換到這裏，一開始有點忐忑啊，門臉非常小差點就沒找到，但是進去別有洞天。非常有特色，聽出租司機介紹這個樓有百年歷史，後來翻新做了酒店，真的很厲害！整體感覺乾淨，安靜，有中文前台，服務非常好，詳細介紹了周邊吃飯和買東西的地方。院子景觀別緻，游泳池小巧精緻。早餐每天不一樣，提前一天去前台小姐姐那裡選，雖然不是自助但是絕對絕對夠吃而且味道非常非常贊！這裏住的外國人很多，早餐時候感覺自己像在歐洲而不是東南亞！房間有一個單人床一個雙人床，如果是帶孩子的一家三口，孩子超過5歲會額外收80一天的費用，這樣客房服務會幫我們準備單人床的被褥並且多準備一份早餐！客房每天提供礦泉水，膠囊咖啡，room service 後會放個小零食在被子上，特別可愛温馨！床品舒服，洗澡用品不錯！ 位置在喬治城中心，距離有名的88蝦麪很近，附近有個大商場，大超市，711，福祿壽餅店，走路去壁畫街20分鐘，打車去周圍幾個打卡點基本10多塊就可以！

Ini adalah hotel yang baru dibuka. Biliknya sangat selesa dan bersih, sangat tenang, dan tempat letak kenderaan percuma di pintu. Yang paling penting ialah bosnya sangat baik, sangat bersemangat dan boleh berbahasa Cina! Lokasinya juga terkenal, mudah dicari, dan terdapat pasar malam yang besar di depan pintu. Saya di sini untuk melancong. Punca wabak itu tidak akan hilang seketika. Saya tinggal di sini sebentar dan saya berasa sangat gembira. Saya sangat mengesyorkannya

The location was easy to find, check-in process was smooth, and everything was great. The receptionist was very friendly, and the cleanliness of the room was fine. Me and my friend booked the same room type but we had 2 different designs of room, she had bigger room with smaller toilet, and conversely mine was bigger toilet but smaller room. I prefer hers as my room is very small and there are no place for our luggage. Also, the view of my room is just the wall of other building, while my friend's is the nice view especially at night (can see the bar and the food truck downstair). Suggest contact the receptionist to confirm the room design before you book. BTW their corridor was super nice. Overall, highly recommended and satisfied!
