Service is excellent but the hotel is a bit old and need renovation. Close to everything ( beach, restaurants and shops).

衞生很一般，客廳地面都是沙子。房間衹有客廳有一個窗機空調，而且卧室窗台一直漏風，我廢了很大力氣才給關上，然後還是呼呼漏風。夜裡被凍醒了。

What an awful experience. The place is filthy, the chairs are rusty, the carpets stained, door missing to the bedroom, the bathroom has peeling walls and a window that won’t shut. The oven was full of grease, not that I wanted to use it, just opened it to take photos. Filthy windows, old milk stains on the teabag container and a wheelie bin right outside the door. Went to work for the day came back towels still damp from this morning no spares (only given 2) only good thing the shower was hot and water pressure good but not pleasant standing in that space Never again!

This place is in the ideal position for us as we travel from the Pilbara to the Southwest. Definitely showing age and badly needs lots of cash spent on it. It's clean enough but the attached photos show some of the issues in the room (number 3). At $140 a night and what appears to be fairly high occupation, I would have thought renovations could easily be undertaken.

Had to buy pillows the ones they had were so thin 1 blanket for two beds hole in in bedroom wall no sockets to plug in phone in the bedroom aircon didn’t work stove filthy dust everywhere floors dirty holes in curtains no plug in kitchen no cloth for dishes took our own dripping shower sat on the couch and my freind had to pull me up had a good laugh about it all only good thing was nice hot water

An absolute health hazard. Carpets dirty and stained. Lounge suite dirty and stained. Chairs rusted. Bathroom fan hasnt been cleaned for years, Shower curtain mouldy. Blinds absolutely filthy. Ceiling bubbled and peeling in patches, cobwebs, stove rusty so cannot be used TV missing box so cannot connect. Needs lots of renovations.

This accomodation is very outdated and requires an upgrade. We stayed in the loft style family unit, the TV’s did not work, the air conditioning did not work (although that was rectified), the toilet seat was not attached properly and there were missing blinds. The unit had a musky smell and was unclean, the couch and carpet were stained, oven was dirty, sand all over the floor, bathroom sink has stains and almost all surfaces were dusty. The pool area was uninviting and unkept with overgrown grass and weeds. A couple of the staff were very helpful however, one of the staff members were very rude to my daughter regarding parking. The website for this accommodation shows photos that are outdated and false, I would not recommend this accomodation to anyone.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I felt dirty just being there. I stayed two nights last week for work and couldn't wait to get out of there. As you can see from the photo the carpet is disgusting. The cupboard in the bedroom was missing a door and I wish I brought thongs. I had to ask for towels when I went to my room. I will never stay there again.

Not 1/5 but maybe 2/5, this place will do nicely for a night passing through. The rooms are well designed and must have once been top notch, but a severe lack of maintenence is evident. Shabby, a bit grubby in the corners, scant kitchen equipment (bizarrely a sauce pan plus lid for a smaller saucepan), but comfy bed, functional AC and other equipment. So, all and all, could be worse.
