This hotel improved a lot, especially the room cleanest , breakfast and front reception. Thank you. We visited our daughter every month or two. Glad we made our choices.

The worst accommodation experience, the corridor outside the room and the room next door were noisy at 2 o'clock in the morning, and it was useless to respond to the counter.

Very clean, staff polite and helpful. The breakfast can use some improvement. Please change the eggs! They do not taste like eggs! The gym is small but practical. Would stay again. Can hear hallway noise through doors and rooms from above but not horribly.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites over Labor Day weekend as a family of four in a room with two queen beds. At first glance, the hotel seemed nice, spacious, and superficially clean. However, we noticed some issues—there were small stones and dirt on one of the beds, likely from the ceiling, the floor was sticky in several spots, and the closet hadn’t been properly cleaned; we found bits of chips left by the previous guest. Breakfast on the first day was good since we were up early to head to Niagara. On the second day, however, we went down for breakfast after 8:30 a.m., and the service was disappointing. They ran out of plates, cups, eggs, fruit, and tissues, and refills were slow despite numerous guest requests. Unfortunately, this matched some of the reviews we had read online before our stay.

Breakfast was rather awful- coffee was terrible, selection was poor and limited, nothing was labeled and I had to ask for items that just weren’t pulled out from below the counters yet (syrup, stirrers). The room appeared very clean. Our deadbolt did not work and I had to get a (very friendly and helpful) staff to fix the other locking mechanism because all of the screws were very loose. The pool was cloudy and had visible bugs and spiders at the bottom. They scooped out the bugs and shocked the pool but we still unfortunately did not swim because it was freezing cold.

All we wanted was to enjoy our trips and this location was one of our stopovers. Reviews online really made us realize it’s true and letting others know what to expect at this hotel. Worst Marriott experienced we had. Never again at this location. Don’t waste your $$$.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Great location. I would stay here again. Check in went very smoothly. I can't remember the front desk agents name, but he was very friendly. Continental breakfast is free, with hot eggs and sausage. Hotel backs up to the University of Buffalo.

This hotel is not recommended. After gouging us on room rates during the eclipse ($476.61 total room rate for one night), they never cleaned the room. On the second day, we returned to the hotel to find the room a mess. Had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and then dump our trash in bins conveniently located in the hall outside the rooms. We were told that there would be a "refresh" the third day - new towels and trash picked up. Upon our return to the room on Day 3, again, no "refresh" or any sign of cleaning. This time when we complained at the front desk, they did call one of their cleaners who replaced towels and emptied the trash, but did not clean the bathroom or anywhere else. The hotel manager also did not seem to care about general hotel cleanliness - elevator floors and the breakfast room floor were consistently dirty. With all the extra cash the manager collected from customers last week, he could have hired an extra cleaner or two, or paid his regular staff some overtime. Marriott should do their due diligence before hiring hotel managers, or selling franchises under their name. If the Marriott name is associated with a hotel, one expects a high quality of service. On the plus side, the front desk personnel were great - responsive and friendly, with plenty of towels to hand out to disgruntled guests.

We have stayed here previously without issue. On this occasion, it appears the hotel has preset the water temperature in the shower to tepid. We tried to shower both in the evening and early the next morning with the same result. Ridiculous to be expected to take alukewarm showers. We will not return.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while on a road trip. We chose it for it's location as we already knew we would be eating at Forno Napoli located next door (the absolute best pizza and pasta outside of italy! It's a must!!) The suite accommodated our family of five and included a living room with a pull-out and a full kitchen (which we did not use). The staff were super friendly. The free breakfast was adequate with a wide variety of options. I would describe this as a basic but comfortable hotel suitable for stopovers or short stays.

Booked two rooms, check in was great, Tyler was very welcoming & polite, a real joy. The rooms were clean & well stocked. Breakfast was very good & had plenty of options. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and clean staff made sure we had everything we need.the house man was excellent. Staff also spoke every time they seen me. Food was good.im willing to come back and tell family and friends
