Hotel ini hebat.. Terletak di hadapan pantai San Lorenzo. Kakitangan yang menjaga kami dengan baik ... Kami mempunyai sedikit masalah semasa membuat tempahan dan ia dibaiki dengan segera. Pemasangan yang sangat bersih .. A 10

Hubby and i stayed for a week while visiting my family.I cant fault anything in this hotel. Rooms are super clean, bit of a perfect mix between old fashion and modern. All the staff is great, very professional. Breakfast was excellent. There is no coffee shop or bar, but lots of options in the center of Gijón, so thats not a problem. We will be coming back.

Loving Gijon for remaining Spanish and not going for mass tourism, and, having stayed at the Abba in San Sebastien, we were very much looking forward to our two night stay here. The prices is what should have made us aware of the differences and not just because of differing geographical positions. During our stay, there was nowhere to sit outside during the day when the temperature was excellent even in a stiff breeze. The swimming pool is only open for three months to early September although never found it in any case! The Roof Terrace which is excellent with tables snd settees only opens at 17.00 - why? For hotel information you have yo go the ubiquitous internet site which gives more questions than answers and herself loves to read the printed information which is a lot more referable! The rooms are smaller (but comfortable enough) but totally lack sound proofing as clearly heard the busy traffic below all day, people in other rooms and moving in the corridor. Parking underneath was spacious and readily available during out stay. No food, from end of lunch, is apparently available anywhere in the hotel until 20.00 in the evening and the same, rather simple, menu is served in the bar and internal dining room. I would add, though, it is pretty good and remarkably cheap! It is a good 10/15 minute walk to central town and maybe 20/30 to the old town area for oldies like us. It was an adequate stay but would not be looking to repeat it on our next visit to this city

This was my third visit to Gijon, and it won't be my last. A short 1 3/4 hour flight from Gatwick with Vueling, and a 1/2 hour taxi ride from OVD (Asturias) Airport and I was in town. The hotel reception staff were attentive from check-in to check-out, even helping out with a minor injury! The hotel room was spotless, with plenty of storage space, writing desk and a comfy bed. The ensuite was A1, with excellent shower and other accessories including a hairdryer and even a bidet (unused...!). The continental breakfast was fine and as expected, delicious coffee!! Gijon is not a large town but offers plenty. The expansive San Lorenso beach front with a huge promenade, makes an ideal surf beach which isn't ideal for small children, but behind the bay is another beach, near the marina, which is ideal for younger families. The restaurants, oh the restaurants... I ate two large meals a day and never at the same restaurant twice, all very reasonably priced one clear recommendation is the Fabada, a basic meal comprising of beans, with chorizo and pork (or clam), with flavours you'll never have enjoyed before! El personal atento amable y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier problema que te surgiera la habitación muy limpias el desayuno fenomenal y el trato hacia los clientes en este caso hacia nosotros excepcional, en el hotel hay una cafetería restaurante que comes muy bien y económico, en especial el hotel le doy un 10 sobre 10 por el trato hacia mí soy discapacitado y voy en silla de ruedas y ha ido todo muy bien, no ha habido ninguna barrera o obstáculo para Mí.

We stayed in two rooms for five nights. Travelled with older parents. Location is great for those wanting to be next to beach! Our stay was wonderful. Hotel is clean and modern. Our rooms were just right, clean, beds, sheets and pillows were comfortable! We slept well. No allergies. I was worried about pet dander but felt well in rooms. Heads up to the room cleaning team! 👍 Friendly and helpful. Everyday after our outings we came back to a clean room, beds made wonderfully. Breakfast was nice but nothing extraordinary. More options and larger selection would have been nice: avocado, better coffee. Service was nice. Hotel value/price/Quality/ was good! We parked off street and had no problems. If you don’t find parking on side street there is a huge free parking lot a 100 meters away! One con is that there isn’t enough lighting in the rooms especially for older folks. We will definitely stay here again.

I made a lastminute booking and got a junior suite for an excellent rate. The suit was spacious and completely new. Very good shower and bathroom and very good beds. I loved the combination of the redecorated rooms with the historical elements in the building. Breakfast buffet is also very very good... lots of choices for every taste. And on top of that, very friendly people who are making your stay really great!👍😃 Also, the hotel is located in the part of the city with a lot of bars, restaurants and shops and the harbour at 2 min walking from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel when staying in Gijón.

I stayed in Hotel Alcomar in August during a surftrip. The staff was very friendly and I felt very welcome. It might not be the most hip and trendy hotel, but i loved the atmosphere and the classic old feel to it. My room was spacious, clean and it had a huge bathroom. Only minus might be the noice from other guests in the hallway, if they are talking in the hallway you can hear them quite clearly. The location is great as well, next to the beach and near the old historic center and the numerous bars and restaurants. You cant have a more perfect location. I really enjoyed my stay and i would come back for sure!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca del paseo y a la vez retirado. Estamos muy contentos por cómo nos han tratado, especialmente Víctor en sala de restaurante cuidando con mucho mimo y detalle la celiaquía de mi hijo.
