PPengguna TetamuL'hotel di nuova costruzione è il gemello del Pearl Beach Lounge ma si trova in posizione molto più tranquilla e soprattutto nella zona da cui è possibile godere del tramonto con il sole che si spegne nel mare. Se cercate lo sfrenato divertimento della zona del porto non è il posto per Voi, comunque raggiungibile in soli e piacevoli 10 minuti di bicletta. Personale gentilissimo, camere pulite e spaziose, belle e molto curate sia la zona della piscina che della spiaggia. Consigliatissimo (per fare il bagno indispensabili delle scarpette anti corallo, quando vedrete la bassa marea capirete il perché....)

PPengguna TetamuDon’t believe the pictures in the advertisement! They don’t reflect reality. The pictures pretend that the hotel is at least a 4 * location. The truth is that this is not the case! It is located at a very poor area in mid of the island where local people burn their trash including plastic. The smell is disgusting it is everywhere, in your room also during night and it burns in your eyes. The hotel is run by a group of very young unprofessional boys and I would like to emphasise that they are really friendly, kind and helpful and try to do their best. They also prepare breakfast in a kitchen which is disgusting! Therefore, I preferred to have breakfast at a proper place even though breakfast was included. See the attached fotos to get an impression what expects you and better choose another hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays. I had to pay 400 € for 3 nights, it is not worth half the price. I tried to get a reimbursement but the hotel didn’t accept. They obviously see the hotel as a cash cow and not a place where their guest should feel comfortable. This was very frustrating! At the end Trip. com accepted my complaint and offered me help. My advice: Choose a hotel at the beach, there are so many!

EElle’s travels📍Address: Casa Kapuas, Gili Trawangan 🚗 Accessibility to transportation: 15 minute walk from the beach front. 10 minute cycle. 🤿 Activities in the area: Diving, cycling, horse riding, kayaking. 🌟 Rating: 6/10 💞Reasons to Recommend: The hotel was away from the busy beach front and noise, situated in a quiet remote location. The hotel has cheap laundry services available. The hotel allows you access to the main fridge to store your own drinks and food. There is free tea and coffee available. 💡 Think about: The location is very remote, next to a farm. Often the farms burn wood and make bonfires and the rooms often smell like bonfire. The hotel offers one choice of fruit, omelette or toast for breakfast. Very small rooms with no safe. The hammocks haven’t been cleaned and some are mouldy. The bathroom is located outside, therefore if you do not like the outdoors, this hotel might not be for you.

CCN Man 420We stayed as two couples and had a spectacular time at Kelapa. Ren the manager was ready to help our every need straight away and helped us book bikes and trips. She went as far as confirming we didn't pay too much when we booked others on our own. The villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is huge but rather deep for the most part so you'll want to keep an extra eye on children. The Kelapa boys would come by to clean the place every morning about 10-11am and did an excellent job. They were very polite and made sure not to go into your room to clean without asking first. I gave one less star on location because it's in the heart of the island where it's much quieter. If you're looking for a night out you'll definitely need a bike or carriage arranged, otherwise you can expect a long walk home. We originally booked 3 nights and very quickly decided to add on to our stay. Thanks so much Ren and Team for an unforgettable visit! Best, Ryan Lisha Dec Mel

SSoniaFransLocation is fabulous, right across road from beach and bars/restaurants. Walking distance (10 mins) from Marina when u arrive. Staff friendly enough. Breakfast ok. Cute little hammock outside room which my son loved. Thats the good news. Bad: Room not the cleanest, sockets hanging off walls, opened mirror to find no mirror in it! Second mirror in bathroom dirty and cracked. Shower hose was hanging off wall and not connected to shower, this was fixed after we complained. I also had to ask for bedding to be changed on arrival as it was stained, toilet is yellow and dirty and the fridge doesnt fridge properly.. Water still warm even overnight. Aircon pispoor and door looks like one good shove and it would open even when locked. Water from the restaurant also warm, they dont put in fridge for some reason?? Few sunbeds round pool but by 11.30am they are all in shade and you cant move them which is a shame because its a nice quiet pool area away from the hustle & bustle of the beach outside. Breakfast included was basic if u like eggs or pancakes. I am travelling around Bali & Kuta with my 13 year old and a friend who lives here. This is third *budget” place ive stayed in and is awful compared to the other twom Definitely not recommended unless a room is just a room for you.

If you're an Indian traveling to Gili avoid this hotel at any cost. They will give you the worst rooms where doors won't lock, AC won't work and they won't fix it no matter how many times you ask them. The staff will behave rudely to you and treat white people nicely even when you are giving them same amount of money. When you want to reach your ferry on time to leave from Gili, no matter how many times you ask them they won't help you. The horse carts won't come because they will tell you only hotel can call us. Even if you make them talk to the receptionist they will ask them to not come. They will make your life a living hell just because of your skin color but they will bend over backwards for the white person next to you. So please avoid this hotel at any cost. Had the worst travel experience of my life with this ****** hotel.

PPengguna TetamuMe & my boyfriend just came for breakfast here as the prices are super reasonable & we were so well looked after. The staff were lovely & so friendly & catered to our every need. We both had scrambled eggs on toast which also has some veg mixed in which is a nice touch & we ordered a tea with milk which were so yummy (which is hard to come by in Indonesia!) The tea was 10k & the scrambled eggs was 30k so it was amazing value. Recommend this spot for breakfast when in Gili T!

NNOORIQMAL HATIM RAHMATExcellent customer service.clean and spacious room.Truly an enjoyable stay! Even the location is nice, about 15 minutes away from the harbour by bicycle which is a good thing because it's much more peaceful as all the loud music is located near the harvour, so staying at this hotel is much more relaxing. There are also other restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. There is a beach right in front of the hotel, but the water level is too shallow so it's not suitable for swimming.But it's not really a problem because if you don't mind walking a bit, about 1-2km north of this hotel, you can find the best beach on this entire island! You can even find turtles there! I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone as I am usually too lazy to write reviews, but when I do, it's either because it's too good or too bad, so you get the idea.
