From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by all the staff ! We stayed in the villa which overlooks the beach, it was beautiful and well maintained ! My 15 year old son done his dive course, which he had a ball doing and is looking forward to diving again when we return. Hubby also went diving, the boats and equipment were great! My 12 year old son got a go at diving in the pool, just so he could feel a bit more comfortable for when he chooses to do is dive course! Breakfast was included in our rate and was beautiful every morning! We dined in the restaurant or on the beach several times for lunch and dinner and every meal we all had was delicious……. Highly recommend staying here even if you don’t dive, the location is great and the staff in reception, the dive centre, the pool bar, housekeeping and restaurant were so helpful ! Looking forward to coming back in July, 2024

One of the absolute best glamping experiences in a stunning setting in beautiful gardens. Lovely pool area and the restaurant, bar and dining areas have been beautifully designed and decorated. A very relaxing atmosphere with the option of a bike ride or walk (300m) to the sunset side of the island. Sunsets are stunning over Mt Agung with plenty of restaurant and bar options. Going back to a quiet, relaxing oasis is ideal after the busyness of other parts of the island. Breakfast is fantastic and the dinner options are delicious. Highly recommend this superb 10/10 accommodation on Gili Trawangan.

We are finishing up 3 nights at PinkCoco and staying here has been the highlight of visiting Gili T. From the moment we arrived wet and hot from a rain shower, we were greeted with a refreshing non alcoholic drink and a cold wet towel and the great service just continued from there. The PinkCoco hotels have a very cool concept when it comes to the pink decor and welcoming and peaceful vibe. Treats galore with this hotel from cooling face mask, cookies and afternoon mini snacks and drinks. The 1 hour full body massage was also very relaxing and well priced and the pool is long and shallow to allow for swimming and walking in the pool. Get the Grande Rooms which are on the ground level facing the pool. They are great and the AC is strong. The bathroom is a bit openair so more humid so keep the door closed but beautifully designed and spacious. Great location for sunset viewing and every night a young lady does fire dancing after sunset. Finally the food is extremely good and decent portions especially the breakfast package. Love their fresh juice and smoothies.

The place was so nice, really recomended, i was there with my friend. The place was quiet far from the central area and really perfect for me who want some peace. The sunset in the place was perfect and good service by the staff

Arrivés à gili tenda en calèche au milieu de l’île , le spectacle est magnifique , un oasis avec une jolie piscine et des chambres glamping très coquettes avec leur douche extérieure . L’accueil est chaleureux , là où la photo s’obscurcit c’est pendant la nuit : réveil à 4 j par lappel a la Mosquée , suivi de ceux du coq et ensuite les voisins qui choisissent de se baigner tôt, bref à travers les parois de la tente on sait tout ce que disent nos voisins . Deuxième point négatif: le service du petit déjeuner : souriant mais lent , très lent , très très lent . 30 minutes d’attente pour un œuf brouillé trop salé , un jus trop sucré ( attention toujours dire que le jus est sans sucre sinon mixé avec de l’eau et du sucre !) . 3 nuits là-bas , 3 fois de longue attente , une personne en formation nous a t on dit mais quand même , entre le jus et l’œuf , 25 minutes , et le thé il faut le demander , si on est 4 , on en reçoit 3… il faut demander le 4ieme … Dommage …. Comme ils sont pleins pour août , je leur recommande d’améliorer leur service petit dej ! Location de vélos à l’hôtel ( car au milieu de l’île donc pas de plage ) , 15 min à vélo pour aller aux jolies plages. Demander une lampe pour le soir , sino. Retour difficile sur les chemins des sable . En bref joli cadre mais amener les boules quies et s’armer de patience

We had an amazing stay here! The staff were so accommodating, and went above and beyond at every opportunity to help us out! Would highly recommend staying at Gili Turtle Beach Resort! The live music in the restaurant was awesome too! Amazing atmosphere!!

My friend and myself stayed in this resort in December 2022. For the most part we had the place to ourselves as Gili Trawangan is struggling to attract tourists. Little wonder as it’s a bit of a nightmare to get to Lombok at present. Garuda Indonesia are not currently operating their direct flight from Bali and the fast boats can be cancelled due to bad weather with no notice. Our trip back to Bali was cancelled and it took us 17 hours on slow boats, buses and the like to get from Gili Trawangan back to Bali. The stuff of nightmares. Back to Mala Garden. The Manager is affable and does a competent job. He has great people supporting him, namely a delightful lady named Angun and a delightful bar tender named Jackson. The young lads who perform waiting and other menial tasks are also delightful. The resort is not in pristine condition, it is located on a tiny, isolated island so it would be a mighty extreme expectation that it would always be faultless. However, mention any issues to any of the senior staff and they attend to concerns very quickly. My friend and I loved our stay at Mala Garden. It’s a gem with flaws, but embrace the minor faults and you will love your time at this resort. I’ve stayed at 4 different places on Gili T over the years and Mala Garden is my firm favourite. Outstanding staff, massive rooms, great facilities and it’s located on the quiet, sunset side of the island. What more could a reasonable tourist want? I rate it Ten out of Ten!

Nous avons résidé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel incroyable !! Voici les différents points que nous avons pu noter : -＞ L’hôtel est proche du port et de la grande rue centrale où il est possible de manger, boire et surtout faire la fête au bord de la plage ;) + bien d’autres (5-6 min) -＞ Nous avons remarqué un grand effort de propreté dans cet hôtel au vue des conditions sanitaires de l’île qui sont déplorables. -＞ Il était agréable de se baigner dans la piscine qui était très bien entretenue par le personnel ! (+au moment ils nous voyaient dans la piscine, ils venaient tout de suite allumer les petits jets pour le dos qui fait filtration en même temps ) -＞ Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de menu et non de buffet. Le choix est assez large. De plus c’est cuisiné à la minute et nous avons trouvé ça très bon à chaque fois. —-＞ Et enfin, je tiens à remercier le personnel qui était ADORABLE ! Je pense que c’est ce qui nous marquera le plus dans cet hôtel. Dommage que nous ne parlions pas très bien anglais :( * Au passage, Google map ne place pas bien l’hôtel sur la map (difficile à trouver, il ne faut pas hésiter à demander de l’aide aux locaux pas loin)
