Hotel 900 was a pleasant stay. On arrival we were met by a very friendly and helpful concierge. They have secure parking which you pay for per day and EV charging, again for a small fee. The room was clean and modern and bigger than what we had stayed in at other hotels in Italy. The bed was comfortable and our room was serviced daily. The breakfast available was a great spread of hot and cold options with fresh coffee made to your liking. The only negative was the hotel is situated right next to the train line and the trains run all night. Our room was on the first level, and most people take the stairs which are hard floor and noisy when people are going up and down late at night. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are big , it’s not far away from the see, but…. Hotel is located 20-30 meters from the railway station, it’s under the windows, so trains go even in the night, we booked hotel for 12 nights and we hade to cancel it after the first night, because it’s not possible to sleep at all, on the other side of the hotel is big road, ambulances passed all the night with noise. This night the building was shaking because of the trains. Also there is a noise from the hall, people come and go during the night. They have police of cancellation during the stay - chargeable 3 night, it seems to me that we are not the first clients who escape this place. « The cherry on the pie » was a manager who refused even talk to us and made lady on the reception resolve this problem. At the end we had to pay 3 night for nothing, we had to search new place to live ( during the season it ‘s very hard, we payed twice for another one). Be very careful with this hotel!

Great location for this very comfortable hotel. We were here in off peak time so was quiet. There’ s a fabulous outdoor seating area. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issue we had the train goes right by the window. Has secure parking Breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly. They can arrange beds on the beach for €20. I decided to walk to beach and just pick one when got there. I got a bed for free in the end.

Hotel 900 is Top notch, in Guilianova, Abruzzo. Beautiful, inside and out, with parking, and separate restaurant, and breakfast, offering fine services of Fabio, the owner, and Anitta, concierge giving great suggestions. along with everyone else there made our vacation so wonderful. Ask about Truffle hunting!

Un posto incantevole, personale molto professionale e gentile, pulizia all’altezza, parcheggio per l’auto utilissimo Menzione anche per il ristorante, ottima cucina con piatti particolarmente apprezzati e personale molto gentile

Albergo molto accogliente e pulito, situato circa 500 metri dl lungomare. Buona dotazione di accessori da bagno. Stanza leggermente piccola. Parcheggio privato Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Hanno accettato senza problemi il mio pastore tedesco. La vicinanza alla linea ferroviaria non crea problemi particolari di rumore. Da riprovare e da consigliare

Pernotto business. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Bella struttura, camere confortevoli, personale gentile, disponile e professionale! Ottima colazione, discreta sala fitness. Unico neo il rumore dei treni essendo vicinissimo alla ferrovia e poi io phono in camera poco efficiente!

É un albergo che è stato fatto da qualcuno con dei gusti molto raffinati. È molto elegante ma anche molto caloroso nello stesso momento. Non c'è niente fuori posto. Staff è molto gentile e sorridente. Se si vuole, si può trovare qualche difetto perché niente può essere perfetto ma dovrei dire che questo albergo avvicina molto a perfezione. Parcheggio del albergo ha pochi posti. C'è possibilità di caricare le macchine elettriche (c'è una colonnina in parcheggio). Colazione era buona ma niente di eccezionale. Comunque ci ritornerò di sicuro. Consigliato vivamente...
