Impressive and spacious room, the floor height of the room is also outstanding, the location is good, overall I am very satisfied

I and my husband stayed for 16 days at Millennium hotel Glasgow and loved it as usual. It’s a great location and the room we had was a Junior suite with a view over George square. The staff was very friendly and professional especially Eric and Gabriela. Breakfast was fine, we had dinner once and liked it. This hotel is old and cosy but really it’s time to do something about the rooms which looks tired and have been for several years.

Delightful staff, thanks to Sonia for hospitality and sorting out parking. Bar restaurant reception inviting comfortable welcoming, easily chillout environment Rooms a little tired looking but clean spacious Happily recommend to all.

The breakfast in the hotel is very abundant, the bed is very comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the geographical location is very good, and the staff's service attitude is very good. Worth recommending! I am really satisfied. If I come to Glasgow, I will continue to choose to stay here. Thank you for managing the hotel so well!

Had a lovely one night stay. Check in with Fiona was very welcoming and efficient. The welcome drink is a nice touch, especially if you’re on your own. Used The Nook a couple of times. I felt the 80’s music in the sauna wasn’t necessary but if that’s your vibe! Breakfast was busy and I had to wait a few minutes to be seated, another staff member on the door would be beneficial.

You don't need to step outside: great food, great restaurant, great bar, and wonderful and friendly service. But should you decide to do so, you'll find yourself in the best corner of Scotland best city. (I'd say Britain's, but am still tossing up between Glasgow and Leeds!) Cafes, independent shops, bars and restaurants, walks, parks, and museums a cynical 15 year old had to be dragged out of. Fantastic time. We booked an extra night. Don't expect the Shangri la. But authentic and homely. I will be back.

We made a booking for my daughter’s birthday for a studio apartment. Holly from guest services gave amazing customer service and always answered my queries promptly indeed. And I’m afraid for poor Holly there was several. Holly even gave my daughter and friend an upgrade. Which not only was I delighted with the birthday girl was too and they loved the 1 bedroom apartment that had a balcony the length of the apartment. I really can’t sing Holly and all the staffs praises loud enough as nothing was too much trouble and the property is stunning. ( I couldn’t resist going in for a peek) The Fraser Suites Glasgow is in a gr8 location too. Merchant city has many of the best bars and restaurants in the city. 10 out of 10. Which the lovely Holly set the bench mark for. So thank you so much Holly! 🌟 All my daughters friend popped up too while I was doing my nosey and were very jealous and planning to book a stay in the future. As am I!

We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea in a beautiful setting attended to by the friendly and informative Argyro who could not have done enough for us. Our room was lovely with an amazing view of the city. The time at the pool was fun and the two gentlemen working there (sorry did not get their names to give them a mention) were very welcoming and helpful. Our room service food (again delicious!!) was brought to us by Alex (and again friendly and welcoming) The breakfast the next day was perfect. There is a vast selection of breakfast options and something to suit everyone’s dietary requirements. We were welcomed to the lounge by Kiamha who was super friendly and accommodating. We cannot fault this stay. The staff do an excellent job and make everyone feel at home and we are already planning our next stay there. Bravo, Hilton Glasgow, and please keep up the good work 👍

Staff very kind and helpful. Although I agree with energy saving, a small room with a window that does not open and the air conditioning that does not cool off at the desired temperature is not acceptable (a completely ineffective gradation is set). That the room was small was already evident from the booking, but the information on the restriction of opening the window for safety (a few cm) was completely hidden. Not exactly in the city center.
