Hotel berhampiran Ceremonial Platform for Pope John Paul II Visit, Glasgow

First time staying in YOTEL. It’s very close to central station so the location is definitely great. Their rooms are very clean and everything is well-prepared. There’s self check-in and check-out which can reduce a lot of time ~ Great choice for staying in Glasgow.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they sure went the extra mile to help us. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Everything you could want from a hotel room. Great breakfast service, large variety and very good quality. The hotel is situated close to the station and shopping area.

Thank you to the staff, as a solo traveller I was quite nervous but I felt so safe. Check in was smooth and friendly. The hotel is clean, stylish and smart. You need your room key to use the lifts so I felt so safe going to my room. I stayed in a double room and it was so spacious! Everything was tidy and well placed. Even though there was a fun fair on the next street it didn’t really bother me when I shut the window. It was my first time staying in an apart-hotel and I would definitely recommend! I didn’t know that having ice in the freezer and cutlery would make me so happy haha. I could chill my water and have a lovely meal in my room without having to fork out for a more expensive takeaway. I used the Tesco express down the street to get myself fresh food. The bathroom had a lovely heated towel Rail too so I had the warmest, fluffiest towel! Down in the lobby they have a Brita water filter, board games, extra kitchen equipment and food and drink. Will certainly return if I ever visit Glasgow again!

Kami menginap di Hotel Easy dua kali dalam tempoh seminggu, saya menempah kedua-dua penginapan sebelum saya pergi ke yang pertama... Saya kesal dengan keputusan itu. Dalam keadilan penginapan pertama, bilik yang kami tempah adalah kira-kira £32 kerana ia adalah hari minggu. Ia adalah yang paling murah yang ada di dalam kawasan pusat bandar Glasgow. Oleh itu, ia mendapat pujian untuk menjadi yang termurah, namun biliknya kecil. Kami mendapat bilik dengan tingkap kedua-dua kali, sebenarnya saya rasa tanpa tingkap anda akan berasa sesak. Saya cuba menempah terus dengan easyHotel tetapi laman web mereka hanya ranap di halaman pembayaran, yang tidak berguna kerana saya telah mendaftar untuk perkhidmatan diskaun dalaman percuma mereka. Yang membenarkan satu jam tambahan di atas katil sebelum daftar keluar - jadi 11 pagi dan bukannya 10 pagi. Selain itu, ia membolehkan kadar yang lebih murah sedikit apabila menempah bilik. Saya juga menelefon hotel untuk memberitahu bahawa saya tidak boleh membuat tempahan dalam talian, mereka berkata mereka tidak membuat tempahan melalui telefon dan menasihatkan untuk pergi melalui laman web pihak ketiga kerana ia cenderung lebih murah. Dalam contoh ini, pergi terus adalah yang paling murah - jadi saya terlepas peluang itu & pergi melalui Trip.com kerana ia adalah pilihan ke-2 termurah. Kali ke-2 kami pergi dalam minggu yang sama, hotel itu mungkin lebih murah £20 berbanding tempat lain kerana ia adalah tempahan malam Sabtu jadi harganya lebih kurang £95. Saya lebih suka membelanjakan sedikit wang tambahan untuk mendapatkan Premier Inn atau sesuatu. Bilik double itu kecil sehingga anda perlu merangkak ke atas katil untuk pergi ke sisi lain kerana tidak ada ruang yang cukup untuk berjalan di bahagian bawah katil. Bilik mandi pada asasnya adalah bilik basah sebesar tandas kapal terbang. Kebersihannya tidak begitu baik pada kedua-dua kali kami pergi. Kotoran di dinding bilik tidur, kotoran di bilik air yang belum dibersihkan entah berapa lama. Kotoran di lantai semasa perjalanan ke bilik juga tidak kelihatan. Kakitangan di hotel adalah baik, kami tidak diganggu oleh orang lain yang turut menginap di sana, jadi jika anda benar-benar mencari tempat untuk bermalam & tidak merancang untuk berlama-lama di bilik hotel anda - maka lakukannya . Jika anda sukakan lebih banyak ruang daripada 3 langkah anda masuk ke dalam bilik untuk ke katil & bilik mandi yang boleh anda jalani - kemudian teruskan ke tempat ini. Sarung klasik yang lebih murah tidak selalunya lebih baik.

Had a wonderful stay Staff were very friendly and helpful Food was nice Leisure facilities were amazing Swimming pool was nice and warm + great spa

Had a really nice overnight stay at Dalmeny Park recently. It got off to a great start because we were able to sit in the patio area and enjoy a few hours of rare Scottish sunshine 🌞 I must add that our check in was handled professionally and smoothly by Andrew who checked us in on a previous visit. We were staying in The Kintyre Suite which is probably one of the top rooms in the Hotel. It had everything you needed really and was immaculately kept. It also had a beautiful view over the outside wedding venue. Our 2 course dinner at night was very nice. It was there we met Lynne who was the restaurant front of house. She kept things flowing well, as the restaurant was quite busy and there was also a wedding on. Next morning at breakfast we were served by Norma. Again someone we met the last time and she made us laugh as well as tending to our breakfast order. Dalmeny Park is one of our favourite hotels in the Rad Group to stay or dine at. We’ll certainly be doing one or the other in the near future.

Have been here once before and gave it a really good review. Was looking forward to going back but this visit was very disappointing. Last visit we had a standard room but went for a deluxe room. Hugely disappointing. Room was not much different to standard room. Same size, only difference was paper slippers, dressing gown & what should have been a comfy chair but when you sat in it you sank it was past its best. Different headboard & furniture but got to say the furniture in standard room was way better. It had a very old creepy looking mirror on wall. I would recommend the standard room before a deluxe anytime. The cleaning had a lot to be desired, when we entered you can tell straight away no hoovering had not been done, furniture was very dusty, sink in bathroom was blocked. One hand towel between two people. Room was very cold, we complained and a heater was handed into us but told nothing can be done about sink tonight which was fair enough but nothing got done for our entire stay. We left the note on door for our room to be cleaned, nothing cleaned only beds got made. Considering our sink was blocked as soon as you ran the water it started to build up and the push button would bob about in the water so it took time to flow away leaving toothpaste behind, unfortunately the toothpaste was still in sink after cleaners had been in so no sink was not cleaned. On a good note breakfast was good and do have to give a shout out to the girl with the short dark hair , sorry never got her name but she was lovely, very helpful and great sense of humour, also another young girl on reception was very helpful giving us recommendations to visit. Other good point was good onsite carparking.

Excellent service from walking through the door Mark on reception was pleasant efficient and very helpful at check inn ,my room as ready a little early and was still allowed to check inn , room was good with no issues nice and clean bed very comfortable, all the staff are very pleasant and welcoming, food and service i cannot fault , for me the location is ideal being close to the M74 , a good overall hotel staff location and rice rolled into one , i will be staying here again well done guys .
