A deposit of 100 pounds is required to check in. I have lived in four or five hotels in the whole of the UK. This is the only outdated request. I don’t have that much cash, so I asked Ctrip for a refund and canceled the order. After all, Ctrip’s evaluation of the hotel was not detailed enough , but Ctrip didn't agree and was unwilling to refund, and insisted on asking me to check in. The hotel bed is made of two sofas, and sleeping is very uncomfortable. When checking out at 10:00 on the third day, a wedding ring was left on the glass shelf in the hotel bathroom. At 2:00 pm, I asked Ctrip to ask the hotel to say that I hadn’t seen it. I was 100% sure that the ring that fell in the hotel was gone. Flying, asked Ctrip to ask the hotel to look for it at 5 o'clock, but refused to look for it on the grounds that the room was already checked in. The result was that the ring was lost. Ctrip did not try to communicate in time (at 2 o'clock, it can be directly promoted to the hotel management I asked the upper layer to help me find it again), and the management of the hotel is too bad and doesn't care about customer complaints, and I can only accept that my ring is lost in this hotel.
