Amazingly place with great vibes. Staff were very friendly and welcoming

回到大長島還是很開心的，長島的環境舒服、宜人。酒店的環境安靜、乾淨舒適，停車也是免費的。前台服務也不錯。床有點點軟，不過美國的床也沒太硬的。室內的空調不太好調節，稍微有點冷。 缺點：洗手間的燈和抽風機連着，一開都開着，噪音很大。 我們開車，酒店入口很容易錯過，每次都開到隔壁的不知名建筑後，再繞回到酒店。

Tempat tinggal yang comel sangat membantu saya juga bekerja sebagai pengawal keselamatan di hotel yang sama dan sangat senang bagi saya untuk mendapatkan bilik untuk bermalam sehingga ketika saya bangun pada waktu pagi saya merasa terisi. Mereka juga mempunyai bagel yang ditawarkan pada waktu pagi Dan teh yang enak.

先住了希爾頓兩晚，整體環境比旁邊的喜來登新，價格比喜來登優惠一點。最關鍵check out的時候馬上退押金。相比喜來登酒店我離開了兩天都沒有退押金。後續還需要follow up。喜來登的押金金額一百多，高過希爾頓。下次我選擇長島的希爾頓酒店。

Saya tidak menjangkakan untuk menginap di hotel yang bagus pada harga yang murah. Ia benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya. Ia mempunyai rasa hotel berbintang (banyak hotel dengan empat bintang ke atas memberi saya perasaan hotel ekspres domestik, tetapi yang ini mempunyai suasana hotel berbintang). Typical newly-renovated Courtyard property, so, fine, you think you know what you're gonna get (if you've stayed at a Courtyard before). I'll lead with compliments to the staff: all pleasant and chill. A particular shout-out to the Assistant General Manager Lorbie Salvador -- fantastic. She really gets it, and is great (amidst a system that can seem inconsistent or inefficient at times). Now, some mixed-review details: Renovations are currently ONGOING (6/19/23). I received an email 2 days prior to check-in that the front entrance is off-limits due to driveway reconstruction. Gotta enter via side door. So if getting rained-upon as you schlep from car to building with your stuff doesn't bother you, then fine. I dig staying dry under a covered driveway, but maybe that's just me. Just would've liked to know ahead of time (like, when I booked?). Hope that's done when you book. Our suite was indeed spacious and clean. Drapes and blackout curtains very effective, if difficult to adjust. Don't be deceived by listings/reviews/pictures that indicate a pool. NOPE, NO POOL. I inquired directly and was told they haven't offered it for 6 years! And a tarp covered the firepit (I THINK that's what it was) smack in the center of the deserted courtyard. Not great optics. At least the exercise room was real. If it matters, this IS/IS a pet-friendly hotel. I'd seen conflicting info on that. Now...the pricing. Surprisingly high for the time of our stay, in ALL aspects, for a suburban hotel located hard by the intersection of two interstate highways. I booked well in advance for an event (like, 5 months prior) and periodically tracked the rates for typical fluctuations/specials/etc, and they only climbed. Biz must be good; they claimed a sellout and that's likely true. But, hoo boy, those firm rates did surprise me. As did the $6 bottle of water in the room. And the ONE tiny crappy coffee packet (for a suite with TWO occupants). Again, bad optics at best. Starbucks and food served in the lobby cafe are no bargain. Breakfast for 2 (eggs-n-such) with coffees were pretty good...for $40 + tip. Just stuff to bear in mind so you're not surprised. Not knowing what other accommodations are nearby, I guess I'd return if I had to.

Semuanya luar biasa! Mencintai hotel dan bilik (sangat bersih). Satu-satunya negatif saya adalah tempat tidur. SUPER SUPER tidak selesa :( seperti tidur di atas batu bata.

Tarikh kelewatan mendaftar masuk membuat kami terlambat untuk semua 🥺- sampai ke hotel dan menyedari ada deposit ”yuran keselamatan” jauh lebih banyak daripada harga bilik per malam & lebih banyak daripada yang pernah saya bayar di hotel! Itu tidak disenaraikan dalam perjalanan. Oleh itu, saya dan pasangan saya tidak menyedari 250 $ di atas 150 $! Tidak ada sarapan ringan seperti yang disebutkan di sini / hanya beg sarapan dengan sandwic panas yang sedap!
