1. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center and less than five minutes from the bus and coach station. The hotel also has a 24 hour front desk.
2. We stayed there for a week and during the whole time and had no running hot water in the sink. The shower had hot water only. We complained to the front desk who said they would get maintenance to fix it. However they didn’t turn up during the whole week we were there to fix it. The front desk did nothing to keep us informed about what was going on. We had to go and ask them each day what the status was, and their response was always the same. We’ll get ask maintenance to come and fix it. . I am really disappointed that they didn’t care or actively try to resolve the issue or keep us informed about what was going on. In the end, we didn’t have hot water for our entire trip. So although they had a 24 hr front desk, I’m not sure what they did, because they were not able to actively follow up and address guests concerns.
3. Room service was spotty at best. They were supposed to clean the room everyday. Sometimes they came, sometimes they didn’t. When they did come, they did’t replace dirty dishes or towels, or straighten the room. They mostly came in and emptied the bins. In 7 days staying there, they only replaced dirty linen and dishes at most 2 times.
