I am truly grateful for the remarkable experiences and heartfelt care I've received during my stay at the Grand Mercure Goa Candolim. The warmth and kindness extended by so many individuals—whether it’s the staff at banks, help at home, or people in the shops and streets—make me want to return for these priceless moments. My stay at Grand Mercure Goa Candolim was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding efforts of Romil Patni and Anil Binwal. Even before my arrival, Romil and Anil ensured all my needs were meticulously attended to. They personally reached out to understand my preferences and made every arrangement to guarantee a seamless and comfortable experience. From organizing my airport pick-up to preparing a room tailored to my requirements, their attention to detail was impressive. Anil went above and beyond, staying in touch even on his day off. Upon my check-in, he reached out to confirm that I was satisfied with my room and enjoying my stay, showing genuine care for my comfort. His professionalism, coupled with his personable nature, created a 5-star experience for me, and I am deeply grateful for his dedication. The property itself is delightful, with delicious food and a warm, supportive team of staff who truly make it stand out. I would like to acknowledge the following individuals who made my stay memorable: Blanche, Eknath, Akash, and Shashank – for their exceptional service at the café and dining area. Afsar, Akshata, Priyanshu, and Sagar – for their attentive assistance at the reception and front office. Placed in a quiet area of Candolim and slightly off the main road, you’re met with a very picturesque hotel. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The rooms and pool area are very nice, roll top bath, we had a room with a plunge pool which gave stunning views of sunsets. But best of all is the quality of the food and staff. Firstly the food. An outstanding menu for both food and drinks - local or international cuisine. It is restaurant quality at home food - and at an extremely reasonable price. Not one meal disappointed. We had half board which was truly worth the additional, with breakfast as standard and lunch or dinner as a choice (full menu is available at both). But the service has simply been second to none. It really has been exceptional. From the cleaning, to the restaurant staff, they cannot do enough for you, without expecting anything in return. It’s made the whole stay so enjoyable and I can safely say we will be returning to this very hotel again, not much has compared and that’s from a seasoned traveller. Bit of confusion as they cancelled our room for a no show even though we mentioned before booking that we were arriving early morning on the 5th but they said to book on the 4th. After this was all sorted we had a great stay. Food was 10/10 and everyone was very welcoming. Service is something we could not fault. Our room was amazing however we first noticed bugs on our bed. Once we called reception someone came with new sheets in less than a minute. It was a very pleasant stay

Great place to stay, the staff at the restaurant /valet were very polite and responsive. Great ambience, Nice clean and well maintained property. Food was also very good. Just one suggestion....please upgrade the pool table and air hockey table in the games area.

In awe of Blanche Fernandes for her beautiful nature and joyful hospitality. The staff is always at your service. Good options for breakfast. Hope it continues to be the same. Kudos to the team. Shall recommend the place to others. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

In on one word, its FANTABULOUS, value for money and amazing service, wonderful prompt staff, vast variety of breakfast and best part it goes upto 11 a. m, lovely pool with operational hous till 10p.m, room size is gigantic, ita a perfect hotel for family stays with few room type having personal mini pool and jacuzzi, awesome washrooms, fab hotel with quite location merely 10mins drive from candolim road
