Wonderful stay at The Westin. Every single member of staff were super friendly and accommodating. The pictures they use to advertise the resort does not do this place justice. Better in person than pictures. Would for sure stay here again when next in Goa without hesitation.

Let me start off by saying that the hospitality is one of the best I have ever experienced. Right from the front desk to the kitchen everything was top notch. Chef Rajeev took such great care of us and went out of his way to curate speciality food items. Even Manager Sagar was very hospitable and friendly.
The property is located conveniently in Anjuna and within a few minutes drive from all the top rated restaurants and joints. But you don't need that because the food at the hotel is so delicious you don't feel the need to go out to find good food.
This hotel is definitely worthy of its 5star rating.
The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. There was no request from the help desk which was not attended.
In short loved the place. Definately a must visit for couples and families.

Great 5* hotel with hill views and regular courtesy car to Anjuna beach. The rooms are specious and comfortable. Breakfast is more than 5* with unlimited variety of food. All staff are very polite, courteous and helpful. Dianne Mendonca the loyalty manager was amazing with a great pleasant personality befitting the job she does🤗. She spoke to all young and old to ensure they have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The only downside was the pool was located in a shaded corner which did not get much sun and felt a bit cold. The spa did not have proper steam room/sauna/jacuzzi. The hotel was also trialling Fri/Sat/Sunday DJ pool party allowing all public in which was very loud and seemed to spoil the ambience of the hotel and not pleasant for the hotel residents.

We loved our stay here. Everything from the room, amenities, food and customer service exceeded our expectations. What I specifically loved was the efforts from the staff to rectify issues swiftly. Our initial room had noise from an adjacent vent. But the staff went ahead with fixing it immediately and gave us a new room with much better view. Special thanks to Mr Rafi Ansari for taking care of our food experiences during the stay. We had some initial issues with getting our gift as I am a Platinum Bonvoy member. But he and his team went above and beyond to rectify it. Some issues are bound to happen. It is the attitude of the staff for fixing them that ultimately matters and Westin Goa set the standard high! This was my second stay and I will continue to prefer this hotel in my next trip to Goa!

Very nice property Good size Room good size pool very good breakfast with lots different regions food with very good taste All the staff was so helpful courteous and very professional Rohit at front desk made our check in very pleasant he was always there to help on the whole very pleasant trip
