We checked in around noon, went up to the room extremely tired and took a long nap before leaving again. We noticed there were no blankets in the room even though it is 9 degrees celsius in the city. We arrived again at night and requested blankets and extra pillows. First: The cleaning of the room is questionable as well as its condition. We waited forever for the blankets and we called again for it. We were told they were coming. That was around 11:15PM. WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THIS THAT LEAVES GUESTS WITHOUT BLANKETS? We waited too long and went downstairs to ask and we were told to wait. Went downstairs a second time at approximately 12:40AM and asked where  we could go to personally grab the items. I find that this hotel leaves their staff without enough support, I believe. Employees seem very unhappy working here and unwilling to please guests with simple things like service with a smile or a blanket. The room also did not have a TV remote. Horrible first impression of this hotel. Breakfast was ok. Coffee not good, but that could be a matter of taste. Even though towels were requested, they did not leave us with towels. We had to hunt them down and when we got them they were like kitchen rags. One employee was friendly and spoke english. He worked on Saturday night. The majority were not too friendly. The pillow and sheets were stained. I think mine had blood. It was so late when I noticed that I didnt even feel like letting them know cause I knew they would not care. Parking is advertised on *********** as free but we paid at checkout. Who knows? Never staying there again.

Very disappointed with this hotel, started the break here as the Hilton Garden Inn then changed hands at new year. On the positive, good location, rooms are a good size and parking is convenient. Unfortunately the hotel is just very tired and staff don’t seem to care. Our room was not clean so we informed reception, who told us they would get it cleaned the next day. Although the room was generally cleaned (sheets etc), there was dust everywhere and not great. The food was exactly the same for breakfast each day, hit and miss whether there was fruit juice or just water. Room key stopped working a couple of times a day so needed to be recoded constantly. Pool was never cleaned and chemicals not checked- see photos. Really is disgusting and needs addressing. Staff not interested in doing anything about it. Almost staff spoke English but not all, not their fault but not designed for any foreign travellers. I would avoid this hotel as there are many others that are better and cleaner.

Ótimo hotel, café da manhã tem muita variedade, quarto muito limpo, preço excelente, fica em uma ótima localização com tudo perto. Funcionários atenciosos. Tratam a gente muito bem. Obrigada por tudo

Estive hospedado entre o dia 02 e 03 de Setembro no Quarto 403 com cheiro de Mofo insuportável, apenas 1 elevador funcionando, por volta das 2 da manhã 6 pessoas adentraram no quarto 404 com conversas altas, risos e batucada na porta, liguei dezenas de vezes na Recepção pelo número 9 e ninguém atendeu, às 2:40 h desci a Recepção e relatei a situação ao recepcionista que ligou na quarto, contudo, o barulho não parou às 3:20 h liguei na recepção novamente desta vez o atendente atendeu e infelizmente disse que havia ligado no quarto e a pessoa negou a farra no quarto que durou até 5h da manhã. Não Recomendo a ninguém, quarto e toda infraestrutura suja, café da manhã muito fraco para uma diária cara.

Hotel razoável. Saguão grande, aparência legal, recepcionistas simpáticos e atendimento via WhatsApp preciso. O quarto e cama bons, o ar condicionado ok, banheiro grande mas o box é minúsculo, uma pessoa obesa não consegue entrar. A limpeza durante a estadia deixou a desejar, não achei necessário limpar todos os dias, e por isso eu mesma retirava os lixos que produzia. Um único dia que pedi limpeza, só forraram as camas e trocaram o tapete do chão do banheiro, o mesmo ficou cheio de cabelo no chão e nem papel higiênico repuseram, eu tive que pedir. Meu quarto ficou próximo ao elevador de serviços então o barulho era imenso durante todo o dia e grande parte da noite. Não entrei na piscina, mas de vista ela aparentava estar limpa, um ambiente tranquilo, fui duas vezes e a piscina estava vazia. Café da manhã com o necessário e tudo bem gostoso.

Excelente localização, estacionamento grátis, quarto com disponibilidade de 2 águas, 2 bolachas club social e 2 chocolates grátis. Café da manhã é o único ponto que eu vejo com possibilidade de ter uma melhoria em questão da diversificação de itens.

Hotel yang terletak dengan baik untuk mereka yang ingin membeli-belah di 25 dan kawasan sekitarnya. Nilai yang baik untuk wang, tetapi tempah dalam talian. Sekiranya anda meninggalkannya di kaunter dan menyelesaikannya, anda tidak akan mendapat harga yang berpatutan!

Quartos sempre limpos e cheirosos, esse hotel tem um cheiro maravilhoso e marcante, fico hospedado no mínimo uma vez ao mês nele, bem localizado e fácil encontrar estacionamento. Como sugestão deveria ter uma área para fumantes aí seria espetacular.

Hotel bem próximo ao aeroporto. Quarto grandes , bem agradáveis, com microondas, mesa de refeição, pia e armarios(mini cozinha). O restaurante funciona para almoço e jantar. Piscina ótima e academia equipada. Excelente custo benefício. Próximo dele vc ainda encontra um espetinho ótimo e com um preço super em conta(Villagio Teinta e três).
