グレードアップしていただき 更に素晴らしかったです。 一部屋はオーシャンビューは素晴らしく 後二部屋もリバービューで素晴らしかったです。 ただバスタブの浴室の蛇口が壊れてて使えなかったと 上からのシャワーしかなく、ハンドシャワーも あれば良かったなと思いました。 シャワーだけのとバスタブ付きと二つもあり トイレと洗面台も二つあり大勢で泊まるのは 良いかと思います。 鍋も食器も全て揃ってるし、 レンジもオーブンもあるし 冷蔵庫もわりと大き目なので良かったです。 １週間滞在しましたが、ほとんど調理するには 全て揃ってて良かったです。 私は日本人なんで 炊飯器もあったら良かったかな。 スーパーも地下にあるし 食事する場所もあるし 海にも路面電車の駅にも水上バス停にも 近いし大満足です。 道路を挟んで公園だしお散歩も良かったです。 夕陽が綺麗でした。 朝はベランダから朝日だし最高です。 プールは中庭と室内にもあるし良かったです。 ５階の中庭は広く綺麗で日光浴するにも良きです。 また次回も機会があったら利用したいです。

第一次去黃金海岸度假🏖️真的每天早上看到酒店的風景非常舒服，感覺在夏威夷🌺，在酒店房間還可以煮飯，廚房樣樣齊全，餐具🍴，烤箱都有，外麪有游泳池，和spa可以泡澡，第一天到的時候長途跋涉的一邊看天空🌌的星星💫一邊泡澡真的很棒。每天早上做好早餐，坐在外麪一邊處理工作的事情，一邊喝着咖啡一邊看着南亞樹的庭院,一切煩惱都拋之在腦外。去黃金海岸旅遊的地鐵出門3分鐘就到了，海灘7分鐘，超市5分鐘左右真的很方便。真的有了個美好的回憶在這個酒店。 感謝 下次準備帶家人和朋友去

Roy is an amazing host and a credit to this rather dated property. The best part of the property is its pool facilities. The indoor pool, hot spa and sauna was among the best I have encountered in my dozen plus trips to Surfers. The warm water in the indoor pool is an amazing comfort in winter, Annoying how people park in the place marked out for our unit, but Roy was quick to offer an alternative. The unit we were in was really quite sad, the furniture, walls and flooring terribly dated. Owners are not showing enough pride in their units. The lighting was also rather dismal and insufficiently bright.

On arrival it I had to look for someone to book in as nobody at the desk. Well the website promised recently upgraded accommodation. First impressions were that it must have been updated using Grandma's hand me downs. Very old and dated fittings, and a shower that only worked sometimes. The hot water sometimes didn't work at all, or it came out in spurts. We booked a room for a couple and requested bedding as such, but got into the room and had 3 single beds. Luckily the beds were on wheels and we could push 2 together. We decided to check out the bar in the main building which was nicely decorated as you would expect, but I jut don't get marketing yourself as an Irish pub but playing pop music through the speakers. It was definitely lacking atmosphere and the staff also seemed disinterested in being there.......and $19 for a beer and glass of wine was just ridiculous. They also advertise Wi-Fi but when I tried to access it you needed a login. By this point I couldn't be bothered going to chase this up, but it should have been in the rooms. The rooms did not have any form of paperwork or information at all. The room was somewhat sound proof but you could still here loud people in the bar area. No traffic was heard though and the beds were comfortable.

Location was excellent just a short stroll to restaurants and shopping centre . View was amazing thankgod. Bed was comfortable . The bathroom was terrible . Very outdated and needs a revamp badly. Bath was rusting and shower head was broken . The washing machine needs to be thrown out and replaced . Didn’t work properly and was old and Rusty . The studio apartment wasn’t very clean . Ended up cleaning it myself before we used anything . These apartments are individually owned so it is up to the landlord to upgrade and fix their apartment . I will stay here again due to the location but I will Want to view my allocated apartment first .

We did a short 2 night stay with our 13 month old in a superior one bedroom apartment on the 12th floor. Check in was super easy and quick. Free parking was included in a secure underground car park. This is an old building however we were satisfied with our room being reasonably updated and modern in most respects however overall it still had that older building feeling. A trade off for the older building was we had a great ocean view and were in a great location close to the centre of surfers paradise. The room had everything we needed including full kitchen and washing machine/ dryer. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean overall however only a minor issue with the vent in the shower (which is at eye level) was dirty. Whilst on the subject of the shower it was tiny and definitely not luxury if that is your thing……but it did the job. The rest of the bathroom was modern and clean. We needed assistance on two occasions from staff during our stay and on both occasions the two different staff members were only too willing to help and had great customer service skills. Would I stay again? Whilst no major issues at all, I would probably pay a few dollars extra and stay somewhere a bit more modern next time.

Great location. Very clean and had everything I needed. Lovely balcony. Very relaxing and quiet but close to everything. It had a lovely energy and I could have quote happily stayed longer. Short walk across the bridge to supermarket and restaurants. Loved it.
