Hotel berhampiran Western Queen Fairyland, Golmud

房間裝修，環境，衞生，設施都很棒！前台小姐姐和經理服務很熱情很耐心！酒店位於格爾木商圈，遊玩和吃飯都很方便！希望來格爾木遊玩的客人考慮選擇這家酒店！因為真的很棒！

續住第三晚。對比了其他價位差不多的酒店，覺得這裏還是性價比很好的，屬於非常正規的老牌酒店管理，早餐也不錯，周邊購物吃飯都很方便。房間衞生很好，洗手間各種設施也不錯，還有桌椅，像我們樣孩子還需要上網課的很方便。總之住起來很舒服，設施使用起來也很順手。衣櫃裏有十幾個木質衣架也很貼心。

酒店位置好，在市中心，交通便利，出酒店門就能打到出租車，吃飯購物也很方便，出酒店門左拐就有一個地下商業街，然後房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，酒店環境也好，前台服務員態度很好、熱情，還有機場接送服務，提前預約就可以了，司機師傅開車很穩，總之，很讚的酒店，下次還會入住。

房間設施齊全，衞生也可以，周圍環境不錯，吃飯也很方便，就是前台的小姐姐，從辦理入住到到房間後有問題打電話詢問再到最後退房一直冷着張臉，打電話回話的口氣也很生硬，不知道是家裡發生了什麼事情還是被領導訓了，服務行業應該笑臉相迎的，沒有培訓過嗎？

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.

設施：還好。 環境：出行方便。停車方便。吃飯附近有很多家。振華手抓肉實惠。點菜員非常貼心，建議2個人精品手抓肉點半斤（我已經在武威，張掖，嘉峪關，敦煌，冷湖，西台大柴旦都吃過手抓肉了，實在好吃。所以每次必點），還可以嘗試其他菜，這正和我需要，出來十幾天了，廣東人都喜歡吃雞。看到有白切雞。非常高興，一衹136。感覺太大了。點菜員又熱心翻找到半衹分量。兩人兩肉一青菜。手抓肉白切雞都非常不錯。我倆提議要醬油蒜蓉蘸料，也滿足了我要求。太棒了。沖茶員也非常熱心，多次加熱水。 衞生：房間還可以，就是一樓大堂有股子廁所反臭味，有時非常濃烈，有時淡一點。非常非常影響心情感觀。我不知道前台服務業是否已經久在其中，已經習慣了。我仔細觀察了，估計是一樓大廳衞生間的問題。希望酒店能夠改善這點。 酒店都住滿了。 早餐品種不多，但是相對房價，已經很不錯了。

青甘網上住過的比較熱情的一個酒店，房間裏的設施挺齊全。乾乾淨淨的燒水壺。夠4個人喝的桶裝水，還會提供小童拖鞋，家庭入住很友好，前台工作人員非常熱情。幫我們切西瓜，送杯子，還告訴我們去哪個景區比較划算，總之，體驗感非常好

房門推開有小蒼蘭的味道，非常好聞。酒店服務態度很好，服務人員很細心比如剛買的水乳丟在了茶吧區，我還沒發現但是酒店管家小韓能找到我幫我送到房間。還有就是酒店掛耳咖啡比瑞幸掛耳好喝！！！！

對於這次出行選擇的這家酒店很滿意，酒店位置不錯離市中心很近周邊配套設施齊全，房間衞生也很乾凈，暖氣很熱，熱水很足，停車也方便，最主要還是要贊一下前台的服務，非常有耐心，服務態度很好，下次住的話還會來這裏。

This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.
