Traveling solo, I was looking for something affordable, and their single room was quite a good deal! Plus, the room wasn't tiny at all; it was cozy and comfortable. What's more, this place is super close to both the hot air balloon launch sites and hiking trails – it only took me ten minutes to walk from the hotel to the trailhead. You can even wake up early and watch the hot air balloons right from there! There were lots of cats by the entrance too! Walking to the town center for food also took less than ten minutes! For breakfast, they had goat's milk, which was surprisingly good.

I chose this hotel for a discount on the Royal Balloon ride. The hygiene was decent, and the breakfast was average with not many choices. The service was great, and they even provided a simple meal before the hot air balloon ride, which was a nice touch.

I had done this in Australia once before and was quite indecisive. By September: 1. The official website no longer had availability for the National Day holiday. 2. I contacted several travel agents on Taobao (Royal and Butterfly had nothing, but there were many lesser-known brands). 3. I contacted Trip.com and inquired with the hotel, but there was no availability (I had planned to stay at a Royal-affiliated hotel the first night to get an extra half-hour of sleep). 4. I sent an email hoping for a spot on the waiting list, but never heard back, even by the day of arrival. 5. During this time, I also asked Taobao to keep an eye out. Royal never had any openings, and I thought I might just have to choose a less-known brand or not go at all. On the day of check-in, I asked the hotel front desk directly, and they had a spot available – significantly cheaper than through an agent (first flight, $635 for two people, 16-person frame). There are many ATV rental places right outside, making it easy to choose. Burger King is a 3-5 minute walk away, and the market is just across the street. The room was very spacious.

We booked a quad room with breakfast for our family of three. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean, though we had to bring our own toothbrushes. I noticed that the double rooms weren't as big. It's about a 10-minute walk to the lively dining area in town, and breakfast was plentiful. However, I have mixed feelings about the front desk service. We informed them a day in advance that we'd be leaving early and would need breakfast prepared, but on our last morning, there was nothing. This hotel is owned by a hot air balloon company, which is a plus because it means you can wake up a bit later for your balloon ride. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and the courtyard environment was very pleasant.

This hotel in Göreme boasts spacious, clean rooms and an excellent location. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can enjoy a stunning view of countless hot air balloons from the rooftop terrace in the morning. At night, you can take a leisurely stroll through the charming town of Göreme. Booking a Royal Hot Air Balloon ride through the hotel also gets you a €30 discount – highly recommended!

Located at the foot of the mountain, this hotel is a fantastic find, especially since cave hotels at the top with good amenities are incredibly expensive, and triple rooms are hard to come by. I absolutely loved it here; it has a distinct British charm. The room's interior decor and every design element in the courtyard are uniquely crafted, truly exuding a regal ambiance. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with excellent facilities. The bathroom fixtures and bedding were of good quality, comparable to a four-star standard in China. Breakfast offered a wide variety. The hotel consists of four buildings, and a triple family room for under 1000 is great value for its quality. It's a highly recommended boutique hotel.

The room size was just right, and while the location was a bit out of the way, the decor was really nice. There's no elevator, but you can rent motorbikes and ATVs right outside the door, which is super convenient.

This hotel is part of the Royal Balloon group. I originally planned to take a Royal Balloon flight, so I chose this hotel to get a discount. The location is excellent. You don't have to wake up too early to catch the first hot air balloon flight. There are many delicious local Turkish restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The best spot to watch the sunrise and sunset is a 20-minute walk away. The room was better than I expected. The bathroom was very large, and the room itself was spacious. Some of the facilities were a bit old, but acceptable. For a three-star hotel, the breakfast variety was quite good. However, there were only three hot dishes, and they were the same every day: beef sausage, slightly varied scrambled eggs, and another rotating hot dish like french fries or cheese rolls. All the Turkish fruits were delicious. The oranges weren't sour, and the plums were sweet! You can watch the hot air balloons from the hotel's rooftop terrace!

The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, you can get a discount on hot air balloon rides.

I stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience overall! The staff were patient and enthusiastic, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Plus, there's a rooftop where you can watch hot air balloons. When I asked the front desk for directions to my next cave hotel, the staff kindly arranged a direct transfer for me – much appreciated! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Our flight landed around 8 AM, and I was really worried about not being able to rest properly after such a long journey. Even though check-in isn't until 2 PM, the front desk staff immediately helped us check in after we spoke with them. They were super nice! The hotel's location is also excellent. You can see so many hot air balloons right from the entrance, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to the main hot air balloon launch area, making it easy to follow them on foot. It's also incredibly convenient for exploring Goreme town, dining, watching the sunset from the hilltop, and enjoying the town's night view, all within a 10-minute walk.

After check-in, they'll help carry your luggage to the room, but beyond that, there's hardly any service to speak of. The front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. The room itself is large and clean, and you can ask the staff in the kitchen for water.
