A must stay when you visit Cappadocia! Their service from the staff is excellent. Our room was very cosy and the view was just magnificent! Had a nice spread for our breakfast and was super delicious. We will definitely return again and would recommend this hotel 100%! Keep up the good standard! Hope to see you soon!

Great stay at Carus. Couldn’t ask for more. Got complimentary upgrade to Superior Deluxe at arrival. Front desk is extremely helpful. They also have a lovely dog named Daisy (so cute). The room is very spacious and location is great. Very central to everything. Walkable to Open Air Museum too. Highly recommended!

Very unique! Worth experiencing! The facilities are excellent, and the service is superb! The location is also great, just a five-minute walk to the town center. Even when it's freezing cold outside, it's wonderfully warm indoors!

The hotel is close to everything and easy to walk around goreme… the room is nice and breakfast w view of balloon flying is priceless.. if you r not an early person u can even watch the balloon from ur bed thru the hotel window from the room… good price performance for this kind of service and view! Best hotel in Goreme!

The Carus hotel location is great. It’s one street away from the main road in Goreme but it’s quiet and there’s great views. Their restaurant is located on the rooftop and you get 360 degree view of the town. There are cute cats living on the premises. Make sure you visit their pool, it’s a great escape from the hot sun!

The room was great, especially the bedding which felt really nice and comfortable. The mattress was also very comfy. The ambiance was excellent, and the hotel itself was quite interesting. The location was pretty central; it was lively when you stepped out, but quiet once you were inside.

FATMA, the waitress at your restaurant, provided exceptional service. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly polite. We were absolutely delighted with her service.

We stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again.

Excellent service except if you want a nice undisturbed sleep, you may want to choose some place else far from the nearby mosque that makes prayer broadcast during midnight every day around 0400

It was a beautiful property, came with am indoor pool . I wish the terraces were accessible though. Because of snow no balloons were flying. Overall, good place to stay.

Overall is good esp the facilities & location. However, most of the staff are not helpful & friendly, not paying to the customers’ needs. Quite disappointing

Love it! Location is in the middle of the town near the main road. It has a lovely roof for balloon sightings too. Service is great and room is clean, breakfast has a nice spread. Only thing is that the cave room can get stuffy, because we stayed in Nov which is the start of Winter hence no air-conditioning. But would stay here again!

I think this is the best hotel in this city, great location, very authentic rooms and great service.
