The hotel's location is excellent, just about 100 meters from the bus station. From our balcony, we had a magnificent view of hot air balloons soaring in the sky. The hotel service was fantastic; they helped us book a highly satisfying and value-for-money day tour in Cappadocia and also arranged a shared shuttle bus to the airport. Very reliable!

We stayed at Cappa cave hotel in Cappadocia for 3 nights. Our hotel experience was very bad. The washroom was stinky and it smelled really bad throughout. No amount of room freshener could help with the smell. Washroom had some insects too. The room had no proper lighting, difficult to get ready in low lighting. However, outside the hotel, it’s a great location and you can find a lot of great restaurant options and activities nearby.

We wanted a true cave-dwelling experience in Cappadocia, and this was exactly what we hoped for. This isn’t a constructed “cave-style” room, but one entirely carved out of stone, with no windows at all. We loved the raw, authentic feeling—especially looking up at the ceiling, still covered in visible chisel marks. White towels are all cleaned and comfortable. The restaurant is located on the third floor and offers a beautiful panoramic view with windows, and the location itself is fantastic: just a three-minute walk to a minimart and the town centre, yet tucked away from the busiest and noisiest streets.

The location was good, but the room was too small there was hardly any space to move around, and it was a bit dark too with all the lights being switched on but as it's a cave hotel that might be in all hotels, and the worst thing was the bathroom, not even enough space to take a shower easily, not enough space at all to use bathroom at ease! Very very tidy space in the room & the bathroom wouldn't suggest anyone at all! The complimentary breakfast was good, served fresh daily in the morning hours only thing we liked about this hotel!

The room is tiny, so small I couldn't even open my suitcase. The bathroom is also minuscule; you can't wash your hands and use the toilet at the same time. The front desk staff is stingy; they charged 20 lira per bottle for additional water after the two complimentary ones were finished. Seriously, avoid this place!

The room is clean with excellent service, manager knew that we hadn't had dinner yet and even though the restaurant was already closed, they still cooked food for us to take back to our room.

This was a really lovely hotel! I booked the cheapest room, and while it was a bit small, it was perfectly fine for a stay. The staff were super friendly and kind. All the hotels in Turkey seem to have a two-step locking system for the doors, which I struggled with and needed help figuring out, haha. The front desk also arranged all our taxis for us! The room was clean, and the view outside was nice too.

For Goreme, the price is quite affordable. It's situated at the bottom of the town, meaning no uphill climbs are necessary. However, you'll need to walk a bit to reach the viewpoint. A big convenience is that you can book various tours and activities directly through the hotel.

Excellent location, right across from the bus station. The price was also very reasonable. Upon returning home, a few of my travel companions inquired about the hotel and are now planning to book it for October. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Not really a cave room but still we had such an amazing time here. The staff were friendly and the room was stunning, although it could use a brighter lightbulb. The bath was a great addition to relax after long days of sightseeing. While breakfast was a little basic it was really nice and the views from the restaurant are stunning. Perfect location as well right in the centre but not surrounded by the noise and a great view of the balloons if you get up early enough.

I had a wonderful stay at Cappa Cave Hotel in Göreme, Turkey. The hotel was cozy, clean, and perfectly located near the main attractions of Cappadocia. The cave-style rooms gave a truly unique and authentic experience. A special thanks to Osman,  one of the staff members, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to assist us — from arranging tours to giving local tips and even helping with transportation. His hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia. The hotel’s charm and Osman’s outstanding service made it an unforgettable experience!
