Das Hotel ist schnell zu finden, liegt sehr zentral im Ort und ist trotzdem idyllisch am Park. Alles fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz war kostenlos hinter dem Hotel. Wir hatten jeweils ein komplett neu renoviertes und sehr sauberes Zimmer; auch das Bad war komplett neu. Die Mitarbeiter im Haus waren sehr nett (auch wenn das Frühstückspersonal teilweise kein Deutsch konnte). Frühstück war reichlich und in ausreichender Auswahl. Auch hier war der Frühstücksraum neu und sehr sauber. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wir waren anlässlich des 60. Geburtstages meines Ehemanns zu Gast. Das Hodel ist idyllisch gelegen und der kostenlose Parkplatz sowie der sehr gute WLAN-Empfang sind uns sehr angenehm aufgefallen. Der Empfang war freundlich und höflich und nach einer kurzen Rückfrage haben wir auch ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Es war sehr groß und sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren äußerst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und höflich. Wir haben 6 Nächte übernachtet und 3 Abendessen genießen dürfen. Die Auswahl war umwerfend umfangreich, besonders lecker und so schmackhaft. Es war ein großer Genuss und unser besondere Dank gilt hier den gesamen Küchenteam. Es war immer ein Hochgenuss und die Eisbombe war eine GRANATE! Auch das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, denn die Auswahl an Brot/Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Obst, Müsli, kalte und warme Speisen war umfangreich und sehr schmackhaft. Im gesamten Hotel sieht man, dass hier mit viel Liebe auf die Ausstattung und Details geachtet hat. Auch auf die Kleinigkeiten wie die umfangreichen Informationen für die Gäste sind bedacht ausgesucht worden. Jedoch gab es 2 kleine Wermutstropfen, denn die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war insbesondere am Tisch ungenügend und die Auswahl beim TV-Empfang war leider mit sehr eingeschränkt, denn es gab nur einige TV-Programme - fast nur die Regionalsender. Schade. Unser besondere Dank gilt der Geschäftsleitung, die uns den Aufenthalt am letzten Tage unvergesslich gemacht haben und auf Hinweise professionell reagiert haben. DANKE Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon darauf.

Excellent hotel ideally located on the central market square, of which we had great views from our spacious junior suite (it can be a bit noisy when they are setting things up outside early morning). Breakfasts are fabulous, with a particularly good selection of mueslis and cheeses, and a large slab of creamy butter tabled each morning. Coffee arrives instantly at your table, and service is speedy and efficient. We dined twice in the hotel's restaurant in the evening, and found it to be high quality, with interesting local produce (pott-suss was really tasty) and, slightly surprisingly, very good German red wine. Barman Andy was one of the best we've encountered - fast, lively and friendly, with a good menory for previous choices, and the ability to produce great cocktails, whether on the menu or not. Most of the staff spoke good English, which took the stress away from relying on my schoolboy German. Only criticism is that we'd have appreciated a bit of help getting our luggage to our room , as it was a long way from reception and involved corridor steps (though there is a lift fortunately). Wernigerode is a good base for the Harz region: we managed to ascend der Brocken (one of us actually walking!), rode the Brockenbahn and the Bimmelbahn, and took a trouble-free bus ride to Quedlinburg, a World Heritage site which is well worth a visit.

Im Rahmen des Mustang Events in Hasselfelde haben wir noch einen Tag im schönen Wernigerode drangehängt. Das Hotel im Stil einer alten Villa hat uns sehr angesprochen und positiv überrascht. Das ganze Ambiente ist herrschaftlich und sehr stilvoll. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und das Bad mit Dusche ebenfalls sehr ordentlich. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. WLAN funktioniert ebenfalls. Das eine Spa-Nutzung im Partnerhotel angeboten wird ist ebenfalls sehr zu begrüßen und bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt sicher gut zu nutzen. Fußweg ins Zentrum ist ebenfalls nicht zu weit. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es wurde immer nachgelegt, so das man bis zum Schluss in Ruhe frühstücken konnte. Endlich gäbe s auch wieder mal Filterkaffee und nicht die Espressobrühe aus den Automaten. Das ist sehr zu begrüßen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und kommen sicher noch mal wieder.

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived yesterday, and the hotel has met and exceeded our expectations. First, the staff are amazing. Polite, freindly, well informed and good English. We were given a map and shown the best routes to various sites. The recommended restaurant was excellent amd am experience in itself. 5 stars to all! Secondly, the room met our needs perfectly, with a bedroom on the upper level and the sofa bed set up and ready for the second sleeper. The beds, pilliw and linens were very comfy. The balcony with table and chairs was an added bonus. Thirdly, the elegant and modern bathroom was top notch, from the toilet paper to the makeup mirror. The shower had good pressure, enough hot water and plenty of towels, I am now enjoying a very, very delicious latte and juice on the sunny terrace, as I decide on the breakfast choices from the buffet. Highly recommended and very glad we are booked for a second night!

PPengguna TetamuDie Einrichtung war sehr saubere und schön eingerichtet. Allerdings hatten wir laut Bilder ein anderes Zimmer gebucht. Das jetzige Zimmer war den Preis von knapp 160 Euro nicht wert. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Heizung bzw. Klimaanlage. Leider hat das Radio im Badezimmer ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war sehr überragend. Viel Auswahl und meiner Meinung nach für jeden was da. Der Parkplatz ist nicht im Preis mit inbegriffen (10€ pro Nacht) und parkmöglichkeiten sind außerhalb mit c.a 5 geh Minute erreichbar. Ich denke das dieses Hotel nur für Geschäftliche Reisen gut ist. Ansonsten ist das Bett sehr bequem und der Platz im Raum ist ausreichend. Leider ist kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer zur Verfügung.

Can't find anything to complain about with this place. Perfectly situated, parking against a ”normal fee”, amazing rooms which in reality is more an appartment without kitchen. Every room is in two levels. A room downstairs with tv, sofa, working desk and such while the bedroom is one stair up along with the seperated toilet and shower/hygien area (and also a second TV). When I booked, the booking said that there is no breakfast included, but when I arrived I was informaed that there was a simpler breakfast included after all. It was served in the common room where a tray for each room was arranged in the morning, some cheese, ham, jam, nutella and bread. Coffee and tea was also available. A just good enough breakfast to get the day starting. Loved the place and would stay again.
