Booked a room with nice scenery view of mount fuji. Nice breakfast buffet and public bath was pleasant too.

Location is just next to Gotemba Premium Outlet. Hotel guest gets to enjoy free onsen which is awesome. Perfect view of Mount Fuji.

The hotel offers a beautiful setting and is conveniently located near the Gotemba outlets. I thoroughly enjoyed both shopping and relaxing in the hot springs—all in one place.

The location is superb; you can enjoy an unobstructed, breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right from the hotel lobby. The rooms are spacious with new and complete facilities. The large public bath features comfortable indoor and outdoor pools, offering a first-class experience. It's also within walking distance to the outlet mall, making shopping very convenient. This is an excellent choice for both sightseeing and shopping getaways.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Mount Fuji. It's built right above the outlet mall, so shopping is super convenient. There's also a hot spring right next to the hotel, and guests can use it for free. The breakfast is pretty good too!

We booked room with Mt. Fuji view however we couldn’t see it from hotel at this time due to cloudy weather. Highly recommend hotel if you would like to visit GOTANDA outlet mall and enjoy public bath with Mt. Fuji view if weather is fine. Overall service was great.

The room was fantastic, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. I was so lucky this time to see Mount Fuji; it was perfect for photos. The outdoor onsen also offered views of Mount Fuji, and having both indoor and outdoor hot springs was very relaxing. The hotel offers public amenities like a microwave. There's also a vending machine for drinks on the mezzanine, which is super convenient. I'd recommend guests staying here to pick up some microwaveable food from the 7-Eleven at the outlet mall before 8 PM, just in case you get hungry at night (there's a fridge in the room). For photos in the hotel lobby, you can queue up to take individual shots. The hotel provides a stand, so you can just set your phone on it and snap away. It's really great. Regarding transportation, after arriving at JR Gotemba, you can take the free shuttle bus provided by the outlet mall. Once you reach the outlet, cross a bridge (I think it's called the Bridge of Hope), then go to section 4, walk towards P4 parking, and take the elevator to the 6th floor to reach the hotel.

The facilities are well-equipped and new. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a free bath and lounge area. However, the hotel doesn't even have a vending machine, and there's no food available at night. If you come back late, you won't find anything to eat except for takeout. The breakfast, though, is good and plentiful. It's very clean. The location is extremely close to the outlet mall. You can walk from the HILL area to the parking lot, then take the elevator and walk across the connecting bridge to the hotel. You can get a clear view of Mount Fuji from the bridge. After 8 PM, though, it gets incredibly isolated with no shops around. You have to take a taxi several kilometers to find a place to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel located just beside Gotemba Premium Outlets, so easy for the shopping. Great view of Mt Fuji on part of the day. Staff were helpful despite having challenges with language barrier, and room was clean and spacious. Recommended

Every time I go to Gotemba Premium Outlets, I stay at Hotel Clad. It's a very minimalist hotel and relatively clean. The main reason I choose it is the location – there's a direct bus from Shinjuku Station in Tokyo to the outlets, and you can reach the hotel by just walking through the outlets. The hotel is right below the outlets and even has private hot springs, which I really like. The breakfast is a bit too simple, though; you could skip it and just eat at the outlets instead.
