GGuest UserSuper nice room with comfortable bed and big windows with a great view. Breakfast was very good and hotel only a 5-10min ferry ride away from Gothenburg center. Only minus was a quite expensive parking lot and booking might be needed in advance, to secure a spot.Definitely coming here again!

GGuest UserThe hotel was exceptionally clean and organized. They have several great amenities like a sauna & luggage storage for the day (even after you check out). Not far from anything and in a great location. The staff all speak great English and were incredibly friendly! Breakfast was traditionally Swedish with lots to choose from and easy for anyone to find something enjoyable.

The waiter was very friendly. In the lobby, there are refreshments and fruits. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, but it is still good.
The geographical environment is excellent. Isolated at the bus station of Gothenburg Central Railway Station. There are also large shopping centers nearby.

PPatrickEOverall, this hotel was a superb experience.
We arrived around 18.00 in the evening after a long drive. Unfortunately some technical error in their system required us to wait in the lobby for about 30min, but we were swiftly compensated in the form of free parking and a complimentary prosecco in the room.
The room itself was beautiful. Amazing view, very comfortable bed and TV placement, a very long bathtub. The only mild annoyance was that the bathroom light was finicky to turn on and adjust.
The spa is a must-experience, especially after a long drive from one side of Sweden to the other. It was excellent; nothing to complain about.
The best thing about Upper House however, is the breakfast. I have never had a better breakfast experience anywhere else in the world. I would gladly stay again just to eat their breakfast menu.
Very excellent stay, great service and great food. A solid 9.5/10 experience.

Room: size is ok for 1 person, the bed is quite big. Hair dryer, hangers provided. No kettles can be borrowed and you can only get hot water at the front desk.
Staff: i arrived a bit early but the staff let me check in early. nice and helpful
Others: there’s a gym, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi too. Close to a bus stop.

GGuest UserThis hotel provided the slippers while you asked, the first hotel compare to others we have stayed. And the reception are all friendly and helpful to us. Although there are no fridge or water heater for the travelers. The breakfast is pretty good and various. And this town, Eriksberg, is full of historical stories with the shipbuilding industry. Also a nice spot between the Volvo museum and the downtown while your transportation is only bus.
