One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for a while, especially for the price which is excellent value for a hotel in the heart of the city. Very close to the airport bus (100m) and walking distance to everywhere downtown. The staff were all smiling and very helpful, and special mention to the excellent buffet breakfast. The room was a very good size, as was the bathroom. Fairly fast wifi, and loved the unusual set of dumbells in every room for a quick workout!! Will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.

This hotel provided the slippers while you asked, the first hotel compare to others we have stayed. And the reception are all friendly and helpful to us. Although there are no fridge or water heater for the travelers. The breakfast is pretty good and various. And this town, Eriksberg, is full of historical stories with the shipbuilding industry. Also a nice spot between the Volvo museum and the downtown while your transportation is only bus.

Good location, Great reception from staff when we arrived to check in. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very modern and quirky with a scientific authentic feel. It made the hotel unique with the feel . The room was well equipped to a very high standard. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower is a power shower. Simply amazing. The food was of exceptional quality. The service was excellent, nothing was ever too much trouble. The only criticism I could mention, is the menu is very restricted, not much choice in main meals, but on saying all that, the meals they did have , are of very high quality, and you will not be disappointed. The food is presented very well and tasted amazing. We will be back. The breakfast is plentiful with amazing amount of choice. Very high quality and plenty to eat.Thank you for an amazing stay. Totally blown away with everything about the hotel , service and the food.

超級棒的酒店！建議定高級房30平方在北歐真的算很大的了，性價比很高，高級房浴缸和淋浴分開空間很足，雙洗手枱，整體很舒適。 洗漱用品味道很特別，瓶身上有“靜”字中文很親切。衞生很不錯，保潔人員也很好溝通，即使週末人多快滿房打掃也很快！ 早餐不錯，每層樓有免費的咖啡機，牛奶植物奶以及可頌，三明治，小點心隨意享用。這點很特別！不出酒店門就可以享受百年城堡建築的樂趣！ 屋頂游泳池據説不錯但沒去，下次可以試試！ 地理位置毋庸置疑，坐火車首選，火車站商業很方便超級多的餐飲和超市，住宿很方便！ 哥德堡不大，比較值得去的就是沃爾沃博物館和藝術博物館！ 特別提醒！這個城市秋冬天外號“小倫敦”，因為霧濛濛的，幾乎每天都會下雨！不過都是小雨，下一會停一會，最好帶個防水的硬殼防風衣套在羽絨服外面！特別重要！這樣不用帶傘啦！ 酒店二樓的餐廳！很好吃！侍酒師是意大利小夥很健談，對酒也很瞭解，推薦的配餐酒很不錯！住這個酒店直接去二樓吃晚餐會很不錯，套餐看了下也很便宜四五百瑞典克朗一個人吧三四道菜，但個人喜歡單點菜！推薦生牛肉塔塔很好吃！油炸洋薊也很好吃！比目魚也不錯！強烈推薦這個餐廳！ 餐廳也很有愛，週日晚上關門一天為了給哥德堡城市的流浪漢homeless提前過聖誕節感受温暖，所有餐廳廚師服務人員都去給他們做飯了！在大週末，果然是北歐風格！大讚！

It was a quite wonderful experience to stay at First G hotel in terms of the following, I can actually say I have never gotten this kind of experience outside of Japan in my life. Their services with smiling faces, breakfast especially scrambled egg and a lot of line up of breads, convenient location to take almost all trams which will take you anywhere in Goteborg, finally entire performance per cost. We had a great stay here in Göteborg! Location is excellent, right by Central station and great access to restaurants and interest points. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The photo is a view of Central Station when standing at the entrance to the hotel.

Man muss das Plakat außen am Hotel wörtlich nehmen: es kommt darauf an was drin ist. Ja, man erschrickt, weil es eher wie ein Motel, denn ein Hotel aussieht, aber es ist GUT. Mit Abstrichen: - große Zimmer. Ja die Verkabelung ist eine Katastrophe :-) aber es hat ausreichend Platz für das Gepäck, es ist überwiegend sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bäder super, da neu. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Interessant: man kann via kleiner Treppe in den Garten und dort sitzen im Grünen. Klasse, wir hatten einen Hund dabei... Laut? Nein, da läuft eine Autobahn hinterm Haus, die Straßenbahn auf der anderen Seite, aber laut ist es nicht! - Lage: SUPER. Wir mit Auto und Dachbox, es gibt so gut wie kein Hotel in Göteborg wo man damit Parken kann. Die Straßenbahn Fahrt in 20 Minuten zur Oper. Der Schnellbus in einer Station (acht Minuten) zum Bahnhof. Das Hotel kann ohne City-Maut angefahren werden. - Küche: besser als erwartet. Sie variieren, es schmeckt gut, Buffet immer nachgefüllt und sauber. Kaffeeautomat mit allen Variationen. Ich würde mir mehr vegetarische Variationen wünschen. Leider kommt das Personal mit dem Aufräumen nicht hinterher. Aber es gibt auch Gäste die sich für alles zu schade sind. - Personal: gut, freundlich, auskunftsfreudig. Hatte ich schon bei den Vorab Telefonaten gemerkt. - Mängel: klar vorhanden. Sauberkeit an den Türen zu den Parkplätze nicht vorhanden. Griffe an den Fenstern mit Gewalt verbogen (taten aber noch), Teppichboden in den Fluren, okay. Wir waren mit unserer Wahl sehr zufrieden, und das Hotel auch durchaus empfehlen.

Scandic Europa is the perfect location to stop if you ate going to a concert at the Ullevi stadium. Located right by the main station. The rooms were adequate and the breakfast excellent. We did have a couple of issues that were immediately sorted out so nothing negative to say. We left very early in the morning, Uber was on time and we were provided with breakfast boxes. Overall a very good choice.
