Com o passar do tempo o hotel vem perdendo o a qualidade e se tornando na verdade um grande alojamento das mineradoras que atuam na região! As áreas em comum não tem manutenção nem guarda sol tem na piscina, que por sinal a água sempre esta turva. Café da manhã ruim, vários produtos industrializsados e sem qualidade, como por exemplo biscoitos doces e salgados. Atendimento da recepção não é cordial e o mais i teressantw durante o dia todo sempre tem ao menos 03 recepcionistas mas na hora do check-out, 02 saem para almoço, ou seja o check- out é sempre demorado.

PPengguna TetamuHotel simples, mas confortável, sem luxo e muitas comodidades. Atende como um hotel funcional, para quem viaja a trabalha ou pretende se hospedar por poucos dias. Funcionários bem atenciosos e educados. Muito bem recebidos! Café da manhã normal, com opções comuns de pães e bolos. Senti falta de um suco natural, só tinha refresco. Os quartos não tem uma acústica boa. Barulhos mais altos de outro quarto ou pessoas conversando no corredor, são escutados facilmente. Pela manhã, enquanto estão fazendo arrumação nos quartos, acaba incomodando um pouco, se quiser dormir até tarde. Por fim, sentimos falta de alguns pontos: Secador de cabelo, precisa solicitar emprestado. Ferro de passar ou serviço de passadeira, não tem.
