What an amazing overall stay - my husband and I have visited Turkes and Caicos over six time and this visit was by far the best! From the Birthday treat in room for my Husband’s birthday to every meal and interaction with the Team! Kudos and we are looking forward to our next visit!

The resort was stunning!! The bluest water ever. The staff were all incredible. Excellent service and the friendliest people. We absolutely loved Narvy!!!! And Fitz was great too. Our villa was gorgeous! The food was amazing. Will be a hard vacation to top. Loved Grace Bay!!!

My husband and I recently stayed at Grace bay club in Turks and Caicos for a quick adult getaway for 3 nights. Looking for luxury, quiet and a relaxing stay with great food. We have previously stayed at Seven star and Shore club. While the hotel has a lot of potential, several issues marred the experience, particularly regarding the lack of transparency about ongoing renovations. One of the biggest frustrations during the stay was the hotel’s failure to inform guests about the renovations taking place. Despite reaching out multiple times prior to my arrival to confirm that all renovations were completed, we were not informed that the entire infinity pool bar was under construction. Called, emailed and reached out on social media only to be told there are "light renovations happening in building B". Instead we woke up to drilling, hammering, and sawing—right next to the adults-only pool, right outside our door from 8 am to 2-3 pm every day. While I understand that renovations are necessary, the hotel’s failure to be honest and upfront about this is a significant problem. Transparency is key, especially for a property of this caliber. On the bright side, the hotel manager was responsive and tried to accommodate us by moving us to another area of the property. This did alleviate some of the disruption, but the issue of ongoing renovations remained. It’s clear the hotel is trying to improve, but better communication and planning could have made this much more pleasant. - **The Estate Pool & Bar**: This area was lovely—quiet, relaxing, and a nice escape. The bar service here was great, and the space was beautifully maintained. - **The Beach**: The beach is absolutely stunning—soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The waves were a bit rougher than what we had previously experienced in the summer, but I assume this is due to seasonal changes. Regardless, it was still a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. - **The Estate Rooms**: The estate rooms are gorgeous—spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. However, the adults-only hotel could definitely use some updating (the first room we were in). - **Food**: The food was excellent—every meal was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The resort offers a good variety of options. The drinks were also top-notch, though we did feel that having more pool and beachside service would have been a nice touch, especially for a 5-star property. While there are some great features, the lack of transparency regarding ongoing renovations was a major letdown. The beautiful beach, great food, and lovely estate pool cannot entirely make up for the disruption caused by the construction. I would recommend this resort, but only the estate side if you’re certain that the renovations have been completed—or if you’re okay with the possibility of noise. For a 5-star experience, better communication and maintenance are essential.

Truly first class service and large/beautiful accommodations. Traveled with our special needs son, and everyone made an extra effort to make sure he had a good time. Services at the spa were excellent and reasonable, lovely shop onsite, food was good and you can't beat sitting virtually on the beach when dining at any of the restaurants - lovely open air with not a bad view in the house. Concierge services available to help with any outings or reservations. Not inexpensive, but you do get what you pay for.

We had a great experience! The resort is a bit older than some but the pool areas are great and the service is impeccable. Ramsey & Antonio went above & beyond to attend to all our needs, making our trip one that exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff is congenial & committed to serving the guests in an exceptional manner.

From arrival to departure, these were the best 9 nights and days of vacation that my husband and I have ever experienced. After being greeted and shown around by beautiful, extremely knowledgeable Tiffany, we started our journey by just enjoying the view from our huge, relaxing balcony. Our room, a junior executive suite, was over the top!! And Tiffany and Franklyn and the club left us a terrific surprise of a very nice bottle of champagne and a delicious fruit platter and later surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. The lounging chairs by the ocean were so comfortable and were set up with the perfect view of the water. The complimentary water sports, expertly run by Kevin, were so much fun!! Kevin took us on a wonderful sailing adventure to see the turtles. The clearness and turquoise blue of this water blew our minds. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever experienced, and the staff were always extremely helpful and were always smiling. Our favorite spot at Grace Bay Club became Krave bar. Garth is the most cheerful person with the most amazing spirit and singing voice (country music) !! Garth, Frednoid (sweet Fred), Andre, Anthony, Melissa, and many others, all created an unforgettable island getaway. The food at the Grill, at Infiniti, and at Krave were always expertly and deliciously prepared. Every restaurant we went to had the BEST food with the highest quality ingredients. We traveled with another couple, and we all plan to return to this fabulous paradise hopefully in the near future. Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos is a MUST for those who enjoy an island escape!!
