Room was not as clean as it should be. Smears on the refrigerator, microwave, and flat screen. The head board was dirty. The bathroom towels had long black hairs on them and some towels had small stains. The toilet had a black ring under the rim. The room itself has a faint smell of urine. The bed was comfortable and their was sufficient lighting. Just a tip, check the windows in your room if you stay here. We did upon arrival and both of them were unlocked.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is lovely overall. Very clean rooms, great shower, and extremely comfortable beds. The only negative was that staff was rarely seen at the front desk, and 2 times we rang the bell in the middle of the day and no one came out from the office behind the desk for several minutes. As a Diamond Member for many years, and HGVC owner, we are extremely loyal Hilton patrons. At this property, our MyWay benefit is a $10 per person food and beverage credit per night stay that can be used for the purchase of any food on-site. This includes the grab and go market as outlined in the Hilton 2023 terms and conditions. When we asked if we could get some snacks and drinks, we were told that the F & B credit could not be used for this and that the policy had changed this year. We were told we could only use the credit for breakfast or at the bar - neither of which we were interested in. Upon calling the Hilton Diamond customer service desk to confirm this, we were told by Lucas on a recorded line that that was not the case at all and that the food and beverage credit, $20 in our case, could be used for the purchase of ANY on site food and beverages. He also advised that if this Hotel said that this was not the policy, they wanted to open a case to look into it. We will not open a case, but hope that the management of this hotel clarifies the policy, especially for loyal HH clients.

This hotel exceeded all the top requirements. I had a room on the top floor at the end of the hall. It was on the back, but still afforded a view of the valley. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Clean is my main concern and they fit the bill. I am an early riser and the Bistro was open when I went down and the coffee was reasonably priced compared to some. A great experience overall!

PPengguna TetamuWe have stayed here several times in the past year for our ski trips to Bretton Woods. Love the small town of Bethlehem and how we can walk, at night, safely to Rek-Lis Brewery/Pub. Gray food and beer there. Hotel staff is very nice, welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable beds. Great water pressure in shower. Loved having a frig in the room. Breakfast in am was satisfying. Had oatmeal with extras available but also had other options (waffles, egg sandwich, cereal, yogurt, bagels, English muffins). Good coffee too. We will be back!

PPengguna TetamuMe, my daughter, and my grandson (oh, our pug also) thoroughly enjoyed this quirky, unique, and awesome old Inn! We had a great guy that checked us in, and met the Innkeeper who delighted in talking to my grandson about old coins. We were in a family suite on 2nd floor and we LOVED it...yes, the layout was different, but we loved the fact it had 3 different doors to enter/leave. As far as location, everything was steps from front door, and out back was a lovely river with covered bridge. We will be back again for sure!

This motel was horrible. For $200 you get to walk up icy stairs that one foot can not entirely fit on. We stayed one night - King Bed - 2 adults one toddler. The room itself was big enough for us. And the floors and surfaces were cleaned. Bathroom as well was clean. The bed also was comfortable but the problem was everything else. The door has a lock and chain. Once you push down on the door handle it opens the door even though it’s locked. So my toddler was literally going over pushing down the handle and trying to leave our room which of course we are standing right there so he never had the chance but even with the chain he was able to easily get thru the WIDE open space. The door doesn’t have a peep hole. I couldn’t get a door stopper to jimmy under door cause there is no space. When we got to the room the fridge was not plugged in. We put all our things in it including the milk for our toddler for the morning. Woke up in the morning and everything in the fridge is completely FROZEN SOLID! I was trying to make coffee and they gave us ONE Normal coffee pack. Two adults. But gives us ONE! So I go to make a coffee and the entire pot is leaking everywhere. Doesn’t even fill to full and made a mess everywhere. Also we noticed the frame cover on the bed was full of stains. The towels they gave us two. That’s it. It barely would go around my leg let alone my body and it was full of stains. In addition to all of this we wanted to use our Amazon stick as we have done so in many other establishments but unfortunately the tv outlet only had space for the tv & and it’s internet box so neither could be unplugged to use the stick. Just a heads up to those family’s perhaps bringing a 2 outlet prong to plug in since it’s on the wall above tv. I’m glad we brought a nightlight because if the hair dryer was suppose to light up it didn’t in the night. Overall super disappointed paying $200 for a bed to sleep on with ZERO amenities in the winter. There is no breakfast even though there is a breakfast room. 🙄 And if anyone parks their trailer in the straight parking spots and you’re in the ones in front. Good luck trying to back out and get out. And if anyone shows up later to get in their room you will hear absolutely every single foot step and bang and doors closing - up half the night just listening to people getting into rooms late.
