Me and my partner went for 3 days quick getaway for my birthday really enjoyed the place, yes there was a few cats hanging around like previous reviews but nothing that put us off as soon as they came near food buffet the staff waved them back out. Our room was lovely and clean we had an amazing view. Staff all friendly and helpful couldn't fault them and the food at the buffet was good always something there for everyone but joeys Italian restaurant what a gem and highlight for our tea. All the food at joeys was fresh and we tried everything the chef there made it was all amazing. The chef was a lovely man who nothing was to much trouble for he was willing to please and cook for you. If you visit I would book at joeys and try his food is not to be missed. Entertainment was also good something on every night, kids club Entertainment was fair play to them really good always dancing by pool keeping children Entertained with games. Only thing we can negatively comment on is not enough options for alcohol no gin available we did ask pool bar and restaurant only vodka and some cocktails options with one larger one rose one red wine and one white few more options wouldn't go a miss and some gin but wouldn't put us off visiting again.

We had a week at this hotel 6th January, we were greeted at reception by a lovely fella very pleasant the only down side was there was no where to get any milk or food.our room was very big very clean we had a lovely pool view, the only down side was the kitchen would need more side boards to per pair food. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a late check out so had to hang around reception area waiting on are transfer, the only down side to that was the girl on reception that day was not very nice or helpful with anything we had ask about. We would definitely go back to these appoin**ents.

Stayed at this hotel with friends for a long weekend mid November. The hotel is okay for the price. We agreed the hotel was 3 stars rather than the official rating of 4 stars. The hotel is located about 3km from the main town and beach. There is a Spar supermarket located across the road which is well stocked. Pros: - Large rooms - Low cost for an all inclusive hotel (£75 per night) - Decent WiFi - Decent food in the Italian restaurant compared to the buffet restaurant (you can book via a QR code). - Clean communal areas Cons: - Repetitive food and often lukewarm in the restaurant (literally the same food every night) - Repetitive music (the same 3 tracks being played all day and every day). - Housekeeping cancelling most days for no reason. - Cats everywhere - Only a couple of bar tables and stools if you just want a drink (unless you sit in the restaurant area). - If you do go to the Italian restaurant there are only two sittings (6pm and 7.45pm) and they will want you to leave within an hour. The hotel has a number of sub areas with smaller pools and separate bars, so worth walking around the whole complex. You can easily get a taxi into town from reception or the taxi rank at the top of the road (€8) Personally I would return to the hotel based on the decent rooms and low cost.

Absolutely shocking range of food, as someone with celiac (gluten free) and other tolerance I was unable to find suitable foods, for the price we paid, its disappointing, I told range of staff but no one understood about my dietary requirements its the 21st century come on people its a hotel mixed with different languages and people who have different needs not impressed at all avoid it if you have dietary requirements otherwise you will have to eat out nearly everyday 😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕😕 0 stars!!!!!!!!

Stayed here in April for a family holiday. Rooms were ok. Could do with being updated. Alot of miscellaneous stains on oretty much everything. Were in a room on the ground floor opposite the entertainment so it was loud until about 11pm everynight but we just joined in with the party. The biggest issue was the evening meals. It was all just very tasteless and bland. Nothing exciting except the chcocolate banana brownie! Overall, it did its job but wasnt exactly a 4* you’d expect hut i guess the price of it shows.

Just reluctantly returned home from a fabulous week here. Great value all inclusive with plenty of fresh food and local drinks on tap. We loved the choice of salads and freshly grilled meats (very healthy), which were then followed up with a great selection of desserts (very unhealthy!). The hotel and grounds were really well maintained and clean and it was obvious that a lot of hard work goes into keeping standards high. The staff were all lovely and Gaby at reception helped us get the perfect room in a nice quiet location for maximum chilling. This was the second time that we have stayed there and we will definitely return again next year. Thank you for a lovely holiday :)

The best holiday I’ve had! The only place I’ve been sad to leave, the food is very good with plenty of choice, the beds are very comfy and rooms are clean and well equipped, the pools are great, the best part about this hotel is the entertainment team. Always there putting a smile on everyone’s face, playing music, games, keeping kids and adults entertained with certificates to win. Special mention goes out to Tania, always smiling and THE best dancer I’ve seen ❤️ Will be booking again for next year and after that and after that Perfect holiday destination!

Well where do I start !! I booked this as a relaxing break for myself and adult son . It was far from relaxing. Firstly this hotel is no where near the 4star that jet 2 rated it. On arrival just after 9pm no food available as restaurants closed On entering our room we were greeted by the most dreadful smell of a freshly hand painted shower. The bathroom stunk to high heaven. Must of been done the day before I requested twin beds and we had a double bed instead. Noise from holiday world bar thumping until 2am. Lucky enough we found out it was just 2 nights a week at the moment. The room overlooked a busy road. Onto the restaurant way too small for the amount of people and resembled a school canteen. We had to lay our own table of cutlery as they didn’t seem to do this in between guests . Food was often cold as they put hot stuff on top of cold. Food was repetitive and was the same most nights . There is only one bar and only staffed by one person. So again queuing to get your drink in a plastic cup. This hotel is more for kids def not if you want a relaxing holiday. Pool towels available if you can find the lifeguard to get one. Then was told can only have a clean one once a week. This is meant to be a 4 star hotel !! No drinks available between 9am until 11am until the bar opens. Water only available shocking as we were all inclusive and no drink available. This hotel was ruined after day 3 completely by a large party of people approx 40 Whom of which deficated in the pool . Putting the biggest pool out of action and taped off due to contamination. Since arriving home I have been very poorly and as I’m writing this I have a drs appt booked for today. Def not a hotel I would recommend and jet 2 need to downgrade it. It’s most certainly not a 4 star. Stay away .

We went self catering, the apar**ent was old dated shower head coming off the wall had to hold when showering , no hair dryer, air con was diabolical ,had to borrow a fan it took 2 attempts to try and get one ,it was dirty ,cooking facilities was 2 rings 1 microwave and right next to a sink was the two rings to cook off , couldn’t tell what they was on as the on off and numbers around the dial wasn’t there ,no where to put any plates ,no table or chairs; couldn’t higher a towel or join in with the entertainment as it was only for all inclusive guests felt very unwelcome by the hotel staff broken tiles dirty fridge wall and floors and curtains was dirty , defo would not go back ever again and I have all the photos to prove it
