Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Granada

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

The people at this hotel were so kind. It was rainy all day so my mother and I decided to buy a pizza from the Aldi next door, there was no oven, but one of the workers cooked it for us on plates and everything for free around 8pm. They also stored our luggage when we arrived prior to check-in. They also have an awesome coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby (: 10/10 recommend.

We back again from 2days travel in Malaga and Cordoba, hotel location a bit far from the castles but near to the Train station. Hotel room is clean, big enough to open 2 of our 30” suitcases, bed and pillows are comfortable as well. All the hotel staffs are professional, helpful and super nice.

Centrally located in an classical style building. Good parking should you need. Welcoming team reflected the excellent customer service throughout our stayed ! spacious room, confortable beds with fluffy pillows, bathroom with amenities and rain shower, free wi-fi! Super buffet breakfast! Easy walk to Granada's Cathedral and Royal Chapel. Nearby Alcaiceria, shopping area and tapas bars. Los Diamantes a must! Quick drive to Alhambra! The Holy Week processions past in front of the Hotel! What an extraordinary gift! Granada is a must city! definitely a come back to this Hotel! 5 stars from us!

Perfectly located in the middle of the old town. Close to everything you want to see or eat in Granada. We felt living in the history for 2 days. The family room is great for a family of 4. Book early, as it could be very popular and booked out in peak season. The staff is super friendly

La ubicación está muy bien. Hotel bonito y cama cómoda. El desayuno también estaba bien. Nos tocó la habitación en la calle principal, 5ta planta, por lo que también hemos disfrutado de las vistas ☺️. El único problema es el aparcamiento. Tiene que ser un parking (de hotel o publico), porque en la calle es imposible aparcar.

We arranged for our wedding to take place at this beautiful hotel which has a historical past. The wedding was attended by family and close friends. The whole experience from start to finish was very well communicated and professional. From the very first day Amelia was our main contact and did a fantastic job of meeting our requirements and was continuously available for anything we needed. The only slight downside was not being able to have wedding music of our choice but we were able to have a guitarist for part of the ceremony. We feel without Amelia this whole event would not have been such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We very Much recommend this hotel and ask for Amelia for any event organisation.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica, se encuentra a menos de 5min de la catedral y se puede llegar caminando a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad. Pero es lo único destacable. El primer día nos encontramos las sábanas con manchas de sangre seca en una zona. Y a la noche siguiente, estando las camas hechas y supuestamente las sábanas cambiadas, la mancha de sangre seguía en el mismo sitio. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y escucharás las conversaciones del resto de huéspedes como si estuvieran hablando contigo. Además, la ducha perdía agua en la junta del telefonillo/alcachofa y su conexión al grifo, así que parecían las cataratas del Niágara. Decoración de las habitaciones bastante básica para el precio.

Sendo uma cidade histórica, é muito complicado chegar ao hotel de carro, pois o mesmo fica em uma área de pedestres. Pedimos informações sobre o estacionamento e o e-mail veio com instruções bem detalhadas (que tínhamos 15 minutos para deixar o carro parado na rua em frente ao hotel, que seria o tempo para descarregar as malas e fazer o check-in). No entanto, quando chegamos, uma das funcionárias gritou dizendo que a gente não podia ficar ali nem por 2 minutos, pois seríamos multadas. Aliás, as duas funcionárias da recepção não servem para trabalhar com hotelaria. São grosseiras, mal educadas e nada acolhedoras. Ainda bem que na manhã seguinte tinha um senhor, bem gentil na recepção. O hotel é pequeno, o quarto é simples, os móveis são velhos, precisa de atualização, de um pouco de carinho. É barulhento, já que muitas pessoas passam conversando em tom alto durante a noite. Não tem café nem restaurante no local. Não tem estacionamento, maNão vale s tem convênio. Escolhemos o Rex, que era mais distante (umas 7 quadras), mas nos pareceu mais normal, visto que nos disseram que os outros tinham acessos muito complicados, com entrada muito pequena e baixa, e que tinha que entrar de ré em um elevador. Custou 18 euros por dia. Dito isto, e para ser justa, a localização era muito boa, tem restaurantes, supermercado, confeitarias, e pontos de ônibus bem próximos, portanto de fácil acesso para tudo. E como fica no centro, bem próximo da Catedral, é bem fácil conhecer a cidade à pé. Para subir até a Alhambra, caminhamos uns 7 min até o ponto de onde sai o ônibus que leva direto até lá.

Vi racconto: arriviamo alle ore 14 e la ragazza delle pulizie era ancora intenta a pulire il ns mini appartamento al primo piano. Molto piccolo ma puo' anche andar bene tanto noi non mangeremo mai, ma un po troppo buio, c''e una zona finestra vista strada altezza occhi, quindi non si puo' tenere aperta, ma pazienza quello che rimango basita e' l'odore. La ragazza dice che i precedenti clienti hanno fumato. Mahh a me non sembra molto odore di fumo, ma siccome non siamo di grosse pretese, lasciamo gli zaini, loro ci consigliano di lasciare aperto e far girare l'aria. Rientriamo alle 23. l 'odore non e' andato via, e assolutamente non c'è neanche un miglioramento cosa che doveva accadere se fosse fumo, ma piu stiamo dentro piu mi rendo conto che l odore e' di umidita' quindi non andra' mai via. Mi sento leggermente presa in giro ma con calma vado dall host che gentilissimo mi dice che fino a domani mattina purtroppo non ha una camera da darci. Allora abbiamo dormito li dentro perche oramai a mezzanotte era difficile andar via ma e' stata una sofferenza atroce. Mi ha dato molto fastidio la presa in giro. Loro sapevano benissimo e quindi cosa pensavano che fossimo degli stupidi??? Posso immaginare che fosse anche un problema recente, ma tu quella stanza non me la dai visto che ho anche una bambina di 8 anni! ma scherziamo. La mattina alle 8 siamo gia alzati con i bagagli in macchina in attesa del cambio appartamento che ci viene poi prontamente dato. Sotto questo punto di vista nulla da dire hanno fatto il massimo, ma io ci sono rimasta male solo per il fatto che ci abbiamo provato perche cmq lo sapevano, sono stati loro subito a dirmi dell odore e subito loro a dirmi che la mattina mi davano il cambio. Se fossero stati piu' corretti mi dovevano trovare una soluzione sin da subito! Veramente uno schifo star li una notte. Ripeto carini hanno fatto quello che potevano vero, ma avrebbero potuto a mio avviso fare di piu'. a parte questo devo dire che il secondo appartamento mansardato davvero carino a mio avviso un po piccolo perche quello sarebbe stato per 4, ma aiuto in 4 non ci si muoveva, hanno veramente studiato le misure al centimetro e mettono la cucina tanto per, non c'e' spazio per muoversi e mangiare. Quindi se prenotate in questa location considerate gli appartamenti piccoli A parte questo è situato comodo a 10 minuti dal centro e a 10 dall alhambra, Noi ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi. Per il parcheggio noi abbiamo trovato nella via, ma i parcheggi free sono davvero pochissimi e noi abbiamo avuto molta fortuna ma siamo ancora a giugno con pochi turisti.
