We are accor all members, and try to stay in accor properties wherever possible. We understand that ibis is the lower scale hotel the group offers, and do try to stay in better brands, but this is a GEM. Every interaction with staff was great - special mention to Juan who was awesome to deal with. The bed is the usual ibis 'Sweet Bed' which makes them comfortable. Good blockout blinds, and no street noise as it's a small side road. There is a rooftop pool, which I used on a nice sunny day - a nice extra for an ibis. We happened to be here on one of the nights they do live music & flamenco - if you're invited then you should do it! Had buffet breakfast which was good for 8 euros, & hubby had dinner in 1 night - very happy for EUR12.95. Getting to anywhere is easy by taxi as there's a big road just 200 meters away or use the bus. Overall I would recommend & come back.

La habitación olía a humedad todo el día, y, además había hormigas. Por otro lado, algunas de las cadenas de televisión principales no sintonizaban. El zumo de naranja de la cafetería es muy mejorable dado que no sabe a naranja. La parte positiva es la ubicación y vistas, la piscina y la amabilidad de los trabajadores.

Fue una auténtica pesadilla. Llegamos sobre las 15.30 horas y nos asignaron el bungalow 9. Hacia frío, la calefacción no estaba encendida, quisimos poner el aire con bomba de calor y no funcionaba, daba error E2 y cada 10 minutos se apagaba, asi que nos cansamos y nos arropamos con la manta que había sobre la cama. Al poco rato me picaban las piernas así que me destapé y estaba llena de pelos de perro, me bajé el pantalón y estaba llena de sarpullido y picaduras. Fuimos a mirar la cama y no tenía ni sábanas, llamamos para pedir unas y que nos cambiasen la manta pulgosa, y ese cambio nunca se produjo. Quisimos ducharnos para intentar reducir el picor y sorpresa, tampoco había agua caliente. Pagamos 105€ por una noche, lo mínimo que pedimos es limpieza y desinfección del bungalow, pero sobre todo de la ropa de cama. A las 22.30 horas viendo las malas condiciones del bungalow y la falta de soluciones decidimos volvernos a nuestra casa, a 200 km, perdiendo las actividades programadas para el día siguiente. Para colmo 4 días después seguimos con sarpullido y picaduras y hemos tenido que desinfectar toda la casa por temor de habernos traido pulgas o cualquier otro bicho en la maleta. Por cierto, la alfombra que hay bajo la mesa estaba super sucia y olía realmente mal. NUNCA MÁS. Por supuesto, queremos poner hoja de reclamaciones, pero cuando nos fuimos no había nadie y ahora nos ponen trabas, pero no lo vamos a dejar pasar. Esto no debería de volverle ocurrir a nadie. Estoy embarazada era un fin de semana para desconectar en pareja y nos han fastidiado, es igual que si nos hubieran estafado.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

I arrived early and so left my bags at the hotel while I went about my day. I came back and my bags had been put in my room. The room smelled lovely (although I was a bit concerned my asthma might play up, it didn't). The bed was really comfortable as well and the location was not busy so roads around we're good. The shower was wonderful and big! I chose it because it was close to the train station and had to walk with my luggage there, but it was less than 10 minutes.

We stayed at this hotel as a last minute booking for my birthday. We had never been to Granada before but are extremely happy we did. The hotel is quite quirky in its decor and its not a modern hotel, which it don't claim to be!! We found the staff there extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Rosario at the bar and pool area and the hotel manager. Our room was spectacular, with spectacular views of the mountains and surrounding areas. Really exceeded our expectations. The pool was very cold but so was the local beer. We did not eat at the hotel but the snacks that came with our drinks were very tasty and a nice touch. What we paid for the room and what we had was excellent value for money and we would return tomorrow!! Breakfast was quite basic but what they had was tasty. Parking was a 10 minute walk away and we paid 12€ for 24 hours. The city was beautiful, with some lovely buildings and the walk from the hotel was a very pleasant 15 minute walk. Would highly recommend this hotel, you will love it if you had an experience like us.

Reservamos este alojamiento porque era barato y estaba cerca del centro, pero lo barato nos salió caro. Antes de llegar llamamos al alojamiento para preguntar dónde aparcar, nos dijo que aparcamos en el carga y descarga del lateral del hostal y después nos vamos al parking, parking que le pagamos a él mismo. Al mes nos ha llegado una multa por circular por la calle del hostal. Llamo al alojamiento y me dice que si hubiera comunicado la matrícula el la envía y no tramitan la multa. MENTIRA!!!! He consultado con sanciones de Granada y el HOSTAL NO TIENE AUTORIZACIÓN PARA QUE LOS CLIENTES CIRCULEN POR ESA CALLE!!! Por lo demás, el hostal es barato y está cerca del centro. El empleado que nos recibido no tiene nada de simpático, el que estaba por la noche muy agradable y correcto. Habitación pequeña, con mal olor y encontramos pelos en la cama. Habitación está bien climatizada. No vuelvo a repetir ni lo recomiendo. Por 20 € más hay otros alojamientos que merecen mucho más la pena. En este caso lo barato nos ha salido caro (multa de 80€).
