I stayed at this lovely hotel with my Mum to be near the hospital and it was an excellent hotel. Rooms were spotless, beds really comfortable and total black out windows. We had breakfast every morning it was exactly what we wanted. I would stay here again and would recommend the hotel to my friends and family. Owner very friendly he spoke with the residents every morning as he helped out his staff . Many thanks

Creo que es un hotel calidad precio razonable ,la habitación con dos camas amplías,limpieza bien ,en el desayuno hay variedad ,(pan,bollería,embutido gran variedad,galletas de muchos tipos,cereales,huevos ,salchichas,etc.fruta.vamos que creo que es un desayuno no una comida)está bien situado metro ,autobús y al centro llegas en 15 minutos.

Nos alojamos aqui porque era barato y estaba bien ubicado La chica de la recepción muy agradable no se cuanto tiempo esta ahi la pobre porque de 10 a 22 siempre estaba pero enhorabuena por ella,los datos positivos son la chica,la cama que es cómoda y la ubicación que esta a 10 min de la catedral andando Los negativos son bastantes aunq por lo que pagas no puedes pedir mal, huele a humedad nada mas entras en la recepción,las ventanas son tan viejas que por mucho que las cierres se oye todo de la calle de abajo,no tenia persianas y enfrente hay un edificio que casi te puedes dar la mano por el balcón así que... intimidad 0,la ducha del baño es muy pequeña Tienen televisión pero no habia mando bajamos a preguntar y esque no tienen las teles con HD por lo tanto no hay TV. La habitación que nos toco por lo visto era la mas grande ( no estaba mal) la decoración básica pero eso no me importa. Solo nos dieron una toalla de ducha para dos personas Es un hotel para ir solo a dormir y poco mas que es para lo que lo usamos,pero para estar mas días no cumple las instalaciones necesarias. Sin duda por lo centrico que es volveriamos por el precio y la ubicación No tiene parking pero se aparca facil en zona azul

We are accor all members, and try to stay in accor properties wherever possible. We understand that ibis is the lower scale hotel the group offers, and do try to stay in better brands, but this is a GEM. Every interaction with staff was great - special mention to Juan who was awesome to deal with. The bed is the usual ibis 'Sweet Bed' which makes them comfortable. Good blockout blinds, and no street noise as it's a small side road. There is a rooftop pool, which I used on a nice sunny day - a nice extra for an ibis. We happened to be here on one of the nights they do live music & flamenco - if you're invited then you should do it! Had buffet breakfast which was good for 8 euros, & hubby had dinner in 1 night - very happy for EUR12.95. Getting to anywhere is easy by taxi as there's a big road just 200 meters away or use the bus. Overall I would recommend & come back.

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux . Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant et serviable. La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse et très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux avec une large variété de choix, et le restaurant de l'hôtel propose des plats délicieux. Les installations, comme la piscine, étaient également de haute qualité et bien entretenues.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à quiconque cherche un hôtel agréable et sans souci. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de ma prochaine visite.

We visited the hotel for one night in January. From the beginning of our stay we were exceedingly impressed by all the staff with whom we engaged. They could not have been more helpful or friendly. They brought in our luggage from our car and parked it for us. Checkin was a breeze and we were shown to our delightful room which was spacious and beautifully presented. We were shown around the hotel which has been cleverly constructed from a private bank preserving a number of the original bank’s features. The reception staff were enthusiastic at recommending places for us to see in Granada as well as the best dining experiences. Due to its central location we could walk to everywhere we needed to and nowhere was too far away. We have stayed in many hotels around the world but the Palacio Gran Via really stood out as one of the best.

Found it easily. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and a good size and the bathroom was very roomy. The bed was enormous but, as is often the case, it was 2 large single pushed together and not one double mattress. However given the size of each that wasn’t too much of a problem. The room safe is not secured to a wall but screwed to a panel in the wardrobe. It could have easily been removed had anyone got into the room. Also there was no kettle in the room but that is not unusual these days. The hotel restaurant was good and well priced with a range of interesting dishes and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was only 10 minute stroll from the final stop of the airport bus which was great.

PPengguna TetamuI originally booked a bunk in a 6 bed mixed dorm room, but the hotel was also hosting a large school group during my stay, so they upgraded me to a single private room and I am eternally grateful! The location is perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, very modern, and clean. The front lobby always smelled so nice, and the décor is just lovely. My room was fantastic. It was quiet, the AC worked well, the bed was really comfortable, and there was a little balcony with a great view. The breakfast is a bit pricy, but well worth it. Overall, whether you are looking for a dorm room or a private room, I really liked this place and would absolutely recommend.

PPengguna TetamuMy family and I stayed here for three nights and loved the hotel. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to all places of interest. We were even able to walk to the market. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen, while small, had the basics needed. The pool was very very cold but with the heat it was needed. However, you couldn’t stay in there more than 5 minutes without getting cold. The parking is a bit of a pain. If you have a larger car you won’t be able to use their garage as there is a weight limit for the car to go down the lift. Other than the annoying parking situation, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. We will most definitely be back.

CClairemfalveyI arrived early and so left my bags at the hotel while I went about my day. I came back and my bags had been put in my room. The room smelled lovely (although I was a bit concerned my asthma might play up, it didn't). The bed was really comfortable as well and the location was not busy so roads around we're good. The shower was wonderful and big! I chose it because it was close to the train station and had to walk with my luggage there, but it was less than 10 minutes.

IInigoI came here several times in the past five years but I was happily surprised this time. The hotel has been entirely refurbished like three weeks ago and it looks completely new. Rooms size are correct and decoration is very modern. The best the B-Heaven bar which is located at the rooftop with the pool. Its location is awesome too, in downtown but avoiding crowds. Very recommendable!

PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed at the Occidental Granada hotel and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location is perfect - it's within walking distance to many of Granada's top attractions. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and my room was no exception. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated most about my stay was the quality of sleep I got. The bed and a set of pillows were very comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's rest every night. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Occidental Granada hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Granada.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel Tent, Granada (it used to be the Hotel Abba, Granada, so some photos are out-of-date) as part of a tour of Andalucia. It is in a fairly convenient location, less than a mile from the Cathedral and main shops, but around two miles from the Alhambra entrance. It has a grand entrance, but our experience was no better than average. Our room was large and comfortable, but the big windows looked directly into the bedrooms only a few metres away, so we rarely opened the curtains. We ate one evening in the bar, which had reasonable food. While the breakfast buffet had a wide choice, the quality was a bit disappointing: even the fresh orange slices were stringy. Service was patchy: things like tea and toiletry sachets and toilet rolls were not replaced. When I went down to Reception on our last evening and asked for shampoo sachets, the man there grumpily said they didn’t do them, one should use body wash. I returned with an empty shampoo sachet, and still grumpy, without apology, he got someone from Housekeeping who provided the shampoo. It looks as if service manners and efficiency need some improvement.

My room had a great view overlooking mountains.The hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station and also many other main bus routes. The city is mostly walkable so it's only about 20mins walk to the city center from the hotel. The room has been cleaned and tidied up every day. Most of the essentials amenities were also provided.

PPengguna TetamuHa sido una experiencia muy desagradable. Hay muchos datos que se omiten en la descripción del lugar y las imágenes son un engaño total. En primer lugar la recepción tiene un horario muy restringido, el acceso es complicado ya que las escaleras de acceso son empinadas y los escalones son muy altos, ojo si lleváis maletas. La habitación es enana. En 15 m2 han construido un baño minúsculo en el que no te puedes mover ( no muy limpio) y que apesta, tanto que ni con la puerta cerrada se disimula, supongo que es porque la puerta es corredera, no encaja y además está a 20cm de la cama, sí, sí a un palmo. Pero no sé si es peor el olor del lavabo o de la habitación, no se puede parar del olor a tabaco, humedad y cerrado. Si a todo eso le añades que los baños comunitarios suenan como si se estuvieran duchando en el tuyo y con la puerta abierta, pues sucede que es imposible dormir. Podría seguir con muchos más detalles pero no va a parecer verídica la opinión. Lo único que tiene bueno este hostal es la ubicación, el resto pésimo, nunca lo recomendaría a nadie.

EEvangeliaGreat concept, good for photos. BUT our capsule no 7 was defective: the door was no locking, the key card holder was taped and so there was no good connection for electricity, and AC in the capsule was not working either. We had to sleep with the door open in order to be able to breath.
The door in the room is unlocked and everyone could enter. The patio is right next to the room, so there is a lot ot noise. People drinking until late and no one from the staff around to supervise. At around 2.30,drunk people entered in the room, a man started shouting and hitting a woman in the face, more people were involved and finally somebody called the police.
We felt super unsafe, especially without having the possibility to lock our capsule door.
Wouldn't go back.
