Very pleased with our stay. Staff was friendly, check in was quick, room was clean.

We went to visit CMU for a quick trip, so booked not expecting alot. but what we got was far below what I expected. The first room they put us in had used sheets (full of dark lint balls), one towel, dripping shower, and unvacuumed floors. We asked for a different room, and they were quick to help. The next room was not much better, but at least the sheets seemed clean. By that point we had soured to everything, and even chose to forego the breakfast for fear of it not being fresh or clean there. I know it was winter, but even the pool area was gross looking, filled with trash and scummy leaf build up. I am usually not hard to impress, but I was grossed out by the lack of maintenance and cleanliness throughout the property.

We did not like anything at all. I think, we must be refunded our money. The room horrible. Beds/ matresses old wnd worn out. Bed sheets- dirty. Florr-dirty. Breakfast -cold and non fresh, Doors: No locks, no dead bolts, Pillows_ Like toeal wrapped to make pillows.
Not a single point is likable.

The bathtub ceramic was mostly missing. Stained towels and one of the beds just had a flat sheet wrapped as round the mattress which kept sliding off

The room was not ready for check-in. Lamps, phone, TV were not plugged in. Had to move the microwave in order to reach an outlet. A large mirror had not been re-attached to the wall where it had must have fallen prior to our arrival. There were 2 false eye lashes and one finger nail tip in one of the drawers. Reported all of the above to desk clerk the morning of check out. He apologized.

The towels were dirty, there was hair in the shower, there was a dirty comb on the floor. The room smelled of smoke and mold and dirt. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here at all. It was ridiculous I didn’t feel safe and the rooms were dirty and disgusting. Other customers would agree with me about not feeling safe as there was a lady who was talking to someone at the front desk who didn’t seem to care at all. Ridiculous

Hotel rooms were n terrible shape. Hole in wall, stained carpet, and furniture. Doorway broken, no Chain lock for added security… Hair dryer not functioning.
Was harassed in the parking lot near my vehicle by a transient(?) person.
I did report this to the office staff.
The shuttle to airport person was very nice, and I hope my vehicle will be safe while I travel.That is the one positive in this experience.
Sorry, but I will not be staying with your Hotel again. Very disappointed.

Staff noticed that my tire was going flat and let me know If he hadn't done so, I would have gotten up in the morning and found the problem which couldn't have been resolved before a medical appointment I had. I am extremely grateful that front desk staff assisted far beyond in order to help me.
