A very good stay with convenience to the airport terminal and Grapevine courtesy one-day trip

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, their refusal to provide a simple bottle of water or make a paper copy was shocking and unacceptable. After 40 years of loyalty, their lack of basic hospitality has lost them a dedicated customer. I’ll be taking my business to hotels that value their guests beyond just profits.

Very good hotel clean and spacious convenient airport location with frequent shuttle service. Will stay again.

If you want to walk to the hotel, it is connected to the Terminal only via parking lot. We had to walk up and down the stairs. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and people were helpful and polite.

Check in and check out was very quick and smooth. The staff were very kind and friendly. Check in staff even offered me water and the check out staff was very helpful about the shuttle busses to airport. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. I had a good night's sleep and it was a perfectly comfortable stay before my long trip back to Japan. I wish I had more time to explore their restaurants and facilities.

I booked it for my colleagues.The hotel is located right inside Dallas airport, making it very convenient for air travellers with connecting flights.

Super good, for transit is perfect close to the airport have service shuttle bus to pick up and send u back to the airport very nice

Stayed here between work trips. Very convenient location especially if on a layover or need to stay by the airport. Also walkable from the terminal C.

The food here is a bit expensive inside the hotel and its a bit complicated driving to the hotel.

This hotel is good enough for an overnight layover in Dallas. However, the rooms didn’t have complementary bottled waters or slippers. Buffet breakfast also cost $30.

Generally speaking, force majeure events caused by extreme weather can be canceled free of charge. Due to heavy rain, our flight was forced to land in another city. At first, we were asked to provide all the evidence, but after countless negotiations with the airline and finally obtaining the required documents, we were told that neither a refund nor a rescheduling would be possible.

This hotel is very close to the airport but no easy access to. We used shuttle services not too great. Hotel is not super clean compared to the other Hyatt Regency. No free water provided in the room unless you have high tier membership.
