I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong. Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

The hotel looks new. Designed in minimalist way, cutting down costs while serving the essentials. A hostel, effectively. Located over 15 minutes away by car from the city centre, the hotel offers free carpark to attract residents. Public transport is less reliable. Breakfast is cheap (€10.5), choice is understandably little. In short, it is quiet, clean and simple.

Since it's a B&B, I was surprised that the room was small and there was no refrigerator. It seems like it's used a lot by nearby airport captains and flight attendants. There's a large supermarket right next door and a sushi restaurant inside it. There's also a cafe right next door, and you can order pizza in the lobby on the first floor. The parking lot is also spacious, and I remember the view of the morning fog and sunset being breathtaking... It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the city for sightseeing.

After a long journey, you arrive at the hotel and just want to check in without any problems. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. An employee told me bluntly that breakfast wasn't included in the price and didn't even try to explain why. He simply said otherwise, despite proof... Luckily, the next day another employee came and explained to me how and what was going on. After that, the matter was quickly resolved. Breakfast costs €12.90, and there are no hot dishes (e.g. sausages, eggs, etc.). Just bread, sausage and various sweets... Boiled eggs were cold!... so it's better to have breakfast somewhere else than in the hotel...

The environment is quiet but more like a place for locals and drivers. There are buses nearby and it takes 30-40 minutes to get to the city. It's convenient. There is also a huge BILLA supermarket plaza next to it, where you can have a good time shopping.

The service is very, but also very bad. Called several times during the night and were told a tape was heard because the line was not open 24/7. I did not expect this from such a large hotel chain. Finally sent an email and told them that I would be late because we had car trouble. We arrived at the hotel later than what I had written in the email. Of course, this is out of your hands if your car breaks down and you are dependent on others. Apparently, because we arrived at the hotel later, they had reserved the rooms for others and could no longer find the booking number in the system. We were not helped at the hotel and that's where our money went for 2 rooms. We have not been helped in any way. The employees have no empathy and lack communication skills when it comes to satisfying and helping customers... Despite all the problems we had along the way, we also had problems with the hotel..
