I’ve been wanting to come to Tundra lodge and I finally made it. Check in was a breeze and everyone was so friendly. The kids loved the water slide and the lazy river. Will definitely be coming back to stay.

Don’t eat at the restaurant. Very expensive for what you get. Also takes several hours to get food.
Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable.

There were no fitted sheets on all theee of the kids' beds one didn't have a sheet or blanket. They were all out at the desk. So my son had to sleep on a bare mattress with no blanket. It was horrible. They had a big hockey group wipe them out of everything and the rest of the guests paid the price. Someone needs to plan better.

Waterpark was great for the kids. Very crowded on a Saturday afternoon, was much better Sunday morning when it was just hotel guests at 9am.

Weird marks on the upper walls. Like the upstairs flooded or something.. also the bathroom sink is in the living space. Didn’t like that

The appearance was nice and the staff was great. Room was spacious and layout was amazing. We stayed in the 2 level room. The electric fireplace did not work, the fridge cabinet was broken in the front and the bedding was very much lacking for the price. The biggest issue was the waterpark for me. It seems like the Lodge caters more to the surrounding public as a waterpark instead of hotel guests (could be just my opinion). Should not have a resort fee if public utilize the facilities as well. The water had far to many chemicals in it. The hot tub was so bad it burned your nose and eyes. The waterpark itself was very nice and a solid layout with plenty for kids to do. I most likely would not stay here again but I am geared more towards comforts such as good bedding. I would not say to not try the place out as it might be great for you. Definitely better for younger kids up to early teens and the chemical thing might have been a 1 off mistake but not certain. The breakfast buffet wasn't great for the price but definitely was good with many choices.

We did a trip with our family of four here on Thursday-Saturday. We checked in easily on Thursday and found the waterpark to be just what the kids needed in the dead of Winter in WI. It did seem Thursday night was the best night to go to the indoor waterpark as it wasn't as busy. Friday-Saturday it was very busy and hard to find a table to put down our pool bag. Our room had the bunk beds which were great for our 4 and 3 year old. The size of the room was fairly small, really cramped bathroom/shower but otherwise it was just fine.
